Panorama Window Cleaning

I called Luke to get an estimate, and he picked up the call right away. He was able to give me an estimate without even coming out to my house by using Google. His price to clean my solar panels was great, and we even ended up having him power clean our house and driveway.
I definitely recommend Luke.

Luke was very helpful and was able to squeeze me into his busy schedule. He cleaned 2 very high light fixtures and even changed the light bulbs for me. Windows and screens look great!!! Thanks Luke!!!

I called Luke to give us an estimate on washing windows in our new office space. His price was fantastic, and while he was there I found out we had a film crew coming the next day to film our Executive Director. He rearranged things and made the time to wash our windows inside and out — on the spot! Super nice guy, he did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend him to anyone — residential or commercial.

In my search to find a good window cleaner, I ended up having to call a lot of companies. Some would never call back… some were not taking any new clients… some were booked for 3 – 4 months out… and some were just really expensive.
Luke quickly returned my call, gave me ballpark pricing on the phone, but did say he preferred to look at it in person to give an accurate estimate. I was under a time constraint, so he quickly dropped by to take a look and called me immediately to give me the bid. And even though he was in the middle of a big job, he said because timing was so important, he would squeeze me in to meet the deadline. Now, it turned out that we had our signals crossed on the deadline and he didn’t end up having to interrupt his big job to accommodate me, but the fact that he was willing to go to those lengths to meet our timeline was pretty cool.
He showed up on time and completed the work for the exact (and very reasonable) price we discussed. He was even nice enough to change the light bulbs in a very high outdoor light fixture, since we did not have a ladder tall enough, but he did! And I am not sure, but I think he also cleaned all the bathroom mirrors while he was in the house. How’s that for going the extra mile!

This is our second time calling Luke to clean our windows. All the windows come out fantastic! Luke is professional, experienced and friendly.

I spoke to Luke on the phone – real pleasant fellow and low-​pressure. He came out to clean my solar panels and all exterior windows, both floors. Did an extraordinary job! If you want to skip the hassle of cleaning all the windows, Luke does a killer job, and at a fair price. Lastly, he’s punctual and communicative.

We have had other window cleaners in the past that were good but not great. Luke is great, he is professional and made our home look new.
When he showed up to do the windows he pointed out to us some mildew and debris on the eves and paint of our house. I thought we had to have the house repainted. He was able to do a house wash before cleaning the windows and the paint looks almost new. I am now going to have the windows cleaned twice a year and will always call Luke.

I recently moved into an older home (1960s) and was debating on whether or not I needed to replace the windows immediately. They looked pretty bad! I was talking to a coworker, and she recommended getting them cleaned first. She had used Panorama on her own home and was really happy with the results. I called Panorama and spoke to Luke, and he was able to give me an estimate by the next day. I was happy with his quote and gave him the go ahead. He was able to clean my windows a couple days after I originally called him, and I couldn’t believe how much better they looked! He cleaned them inside and out while I was at work, too! Luke was really professional and friendly, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone else needed window cleaning services. I might even bug him to pressure wash our old cement patio and do some weatherproofing next fall!
