Lilah gives the most amazing massages. The ashiatsu was life changing! Her passion for helping others really comes through when she’s working on you. I like that the massage didn’t feel rushed at all; I felt like she took her time and genuinely cared about making my soreness from past injuries go away. She is very compassionate and I even got aromatherapy included!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Lilah is! She is my go-​to therapist for ANY time I have sore muscles from my job/​workout or when I am in dire need to relax. Extremely knowledgeable and professional with great energy and a warm touch. Lilah is top-​rate and I would recommend her to anyone. If you haven’t experienced an Ashiatsu massage, get one from Lilah! You will not believe it!

Best of the best. Very knowledgeable and educational. Having just recovered from surgery, the post recovery work was better than expected. My surgery sites felt like they weren’t even there at the end. Also, the rest of the massage worked out some new kinks and soreness now that I am back to the gym.
