My niece and I went in to be spray tanned before a big event. She went first and then it was my turn. The mystic tan machine broke and wouldn’t turn on. Sloan was so super sweet about it and tried to get it to work even calling her manager. Two other women were in there waiting and obviously could hear what was going on and started being very ugly to her about having to wait, I felt so horrible for her. I told her not to worry about it I could come another time. People need to be nicer. Sloan you did a great job and thank you for offering me a different kind of spray tan and I will be back.

LOVE this location! The women who work here are so nice and super knowledgable about lotions and that’s saying a lot since I used to work at a tanning salon. They can answer any questions I have and always make good suggestions on the next step I should take to get my tan on the next level so I don’t plateau. This location has a TON of lotions to choose from and I’m obsessed with the new diamond one(it’s literally the bomb) I like that hey have several mystic booths so that I never have to wait to spray tan and they have a bunch of beds so there’s never really a wait on those either. They only have one level 4 but it’s worth it to wait on if someone is in it bc you seriously get color right when you get out! So many good things about this salon

All the girls there are awesome and very knowledgeable! I wouldn’t tan anywhere else!

Let me start by saying the girls here are so friendly and the place is clean which is always a huge plus. They also have water bottles at the front and let me tell you, its the little things that count. I recently changed Palm Beach locations because this one is close to my work and I can go on my lunch break. Downside of this locations«Sun Angel» has been broken for over a week. The Sun Angel is the reason I went for the pricier membership so I have been bummed that I have no been able to use what I’m paying for.

I absolutely love the girls here. They’re all really friendly and very helpful. I’ve never been coerced into buying anything and they are always willing to correct any wrongs. That being said: I use the Mystic Tan here, and while I love it, the boosts and add ons are awful. I have purchased the dark solution quite a few times(among many other add ons) and have always had to go back for a second tan bc it’s just simply not dark. The medium color is free, and is actually the same exact thing. Lesson learned. Finally. I really hope something is done about this. Especially when it’s not cheap. I love the convenience of getting a spray tan and not having to put lotion on myself, but if things don’t change I’m going to be forced back to my trusty St. Tropez lotion… that actually is ‘dark’…

I like this place. But there are some caveats. They attempt to up-sale to their lotions and their samples are over priced. But… The staff is very friendly. The rooms and everything are clean. And it really is enjoyable to go there. They really know their lotions and can offer great advice. They truly want to help.

The location is clean and most of the staff are friendly, but watch out for a very unprofessional assistant manager who is incredibly rude. I have filed a formal complaint and depending on the outcome I may be cancelling a membership I have had for years.

Do you remember your teenage years when you thought you knew everything? At Palm Beach, you can revisit your youth as you listen to the hormonally hyped kids give you an oral thesis on the benefits of their products and services, and on and on, alright already, I’ll consider buying the expensive magic lotion if you’ll just stop talking. I’ll consciously not correct your glossy tabloidish magazine quality misinformed self so as not to embarrass you. I won’t tell you that … UVA and UVB rays will both cause premature wrinkling, etc. Your high-pressure beds give only a fraction of the UVA rays that the old fashioned beds do, I get that, but it sill ain’t good for you, even if your high pressure sales try to convince me otherwise. However. I’m not always gonna do what I know is good for me. I’m going to trade a certain amount of risk for a certain amount of vanity. I’m not looking to get the sun-kissed skin of superstars, but it’d be cool if I could NOT look like Casper, ok? The Westlaker tan doesn’t appeal to me either… I’d rather wear a fab leather bag on my arm, not be a leather bag in later life. So. I’m in. I’ll go for the old fashioned low pressure coffin of light bulbs, thank you. Please show me to my room now? No? I need what… lotion? moisturizer? bronzer? flux capacitor? yah, yah, don’t want those overpriced… no, GOUGING-priced…products, thank you. I’ve considered it, and decided against it, thank you. I’m suspicious that the bronzer is pretty much the same as a low dose spray tan, and I don’t really want to look like a cast member of Jersey Shore or a loompa, sans the green hair, thank you. My room now, please? Oh, yah, I need to pay you. Of course it’s not free, despite your awesome sales pitch telling me it cost almost nothing to look glamorous. Little did I know that you make up for the awesome prices by playing on our weakness… let me explain. You want me to sign up for auto recurring fee on my credit card, so that I can be a member, and then I can cancel at any time, reactivate at any time, and lock in those great prices. cool! Sign me up… and remind me that in 3 ½ months(3 months AFTER I’ve canceled my contract), I need to contact my cc company and have your recurring charges REMOVED for dishonoring the contract(namely, my proper cancellation, after which you continued to charge me!). Perfect scam for young ppl esp who don’t know how to properly cancel a contract, and by the time they do, they could have paid for a trip to the Bahamas to get the real thing. Ok, now. On to my room. Thank you! The rented rooms/beds make me feel kind of cheap as I imagine ladies of the local motel by-the-hour might feel, as I check for stray pubic hairs on the bed and anywhere a hidden camera might be filming. Hey, it could happen! Apparently a hoo-ha is a hoo-ha, no matter who’s it is. Here, I’d have to admit, no stray hairs – they clean the beds well – and no cameras, that I know of. I’ll charge for autographs if I ever see pics saying otherwise. You do know that you are expected to tan au naturaul, right? Except, they do have these cool stickers at the front desk that you can use to create an image on your body, if you are into that. I prefer no tan lines, thank you. Stickers remind me of a house I once bought where the sellers painted AROUND the furniture, leaving white, unpainted spots on the wall where once the sofa, chair, etc once were perched. I digress… After disrobing, I lay in the coffin of lights wondering if my luck is going to hold out and I hope I don’t get some DNA material that wants to go ADHD, replicate itself exponentially and cause me nasty cancer problems. Music distracts these morbid thoughts. But here at Palm Beach, the music channels are extremely limited. Besides, who can listen to music as the stench of cooking flesh begins to fill the air? I know it’s wrong, but I can’t help but think of WWII and Auschwitz. I’m regretting allowing myself to be microwaved. Yes, I got tan. But I also got a high pressure sales pitch and an unwanted headache of reversing unauthorized credit card charges. So… next time there’s something strange in the neighborhood, who am I gonna call? Ghostbusters! But certainly not Palm Beach Tan :(

I had a great experience here. Erica at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the tanning beds are nice and clean. Prices seem on the high side of competitive, go on their website for coupons.
