From this company any branch of OPEN MORTGAGE they have branches everywhere! They screwed up our house purchase! Every bad complaint you read is TRUE. We had the worst experience ever!!!
It’s a franchise that people can buy into «thier broker was nothing better than a paper pusher!
We lost tons of money on stuff not to mention a ding on our credit!

Stay far, far away from this «lender.» One star is too much. Their senior loan officer wrote a pre-​approval for buyers who didn’t have the cash for the earnest money, let alone down payment. Thankfully, they didn’t place an offer on a house because they would have lost their option money, inspection money, and possibly appraisal fee. After consulting with a real lender, they discovered they won’t qualify to buy a home for at least 2 more years. If you’re a buyer, run from this «lender.» If you’re a seller, be very wary because the buyer might not really be qualified to buy your house.
