Office Mate

Web site — I prefer to use online ordering for our company so I can see and read about what I’m ordering before paying buckets of money for bulk quantities. The web site is descriptive for the products you can find on it, but Office Mate recently changed the companies they get supplies from, and now none of the old or new product ID’s pull up in the search bar. I’m assuming their was a product overhaul anyways, what else would explain not being able to find anything besides doing an item by item search in each category?
Phone ordering — the guy (same guy always answers) is friendly and quick. But he’s not too efficient. He can look up past orders to find what you need or previously ordered, but when it’s not found (because of their convenient product overhaul), the alternative offered is often much different from what you expected.
Delivery — Fast, usually within a business day.
I’ll change the review if things turn around, but for now, this company just doesn’t meet the needs that our business, well… needs.

Too lazy to run across town to Office Depot for a binder and a desk calendar? I am. I also don’t have time to go through our ginormous Staples catalog, wait for a few days and get my order. Therefore we use Office Mate.
Seriously good people — seriously fast delivery. How does 4 hours sound for you? Yes, that will do. That will do.
