Nyle Maxwell Austin Collision Center

I came across this place when I need to repair my Volvo C70 door. After every body shop wanted to spend a labor day just to figure out what’s wrong with my door it was refreshing to find someone who takes 5 minutes and tells you exactly what the problem is. They were also open to install my own e-​bay-​purchased part (with the obvious conditions). Service was courteous, efficient and quick. Considering low the Volvo’s value is, price was good too :-)

My boyfriend brought his truck here after a severe hailstorm. They did a bang up job (pun intended) at getting all the dings out. For someone who is OCD as he is, I must say I’m a happy girlfriend that he has his Super Duty back again! He highly recommends them for any repairs you may need. Ask for Scott Branum, he is a man of his word and gets it done!

You will not find better service than Kiley and the folks at Nyle Maxwell Collision Center. Kiley was responsive to every email, kept me updated on the status of repairs throughout the entire process and above all else, she was empathetic and understanding. In my opinion, the service was truly top notch. I would definitely bring my vehicle back (although I hope I don’t have to) and I would recommend them to a friend or family member without hesitation. I was honestly surprised at how those guys went above and beyond to get me back in my car. It’s sad that I didn’t expect to receive such great service, rather I went to Nyle Maxwell Collision Center because it was convenient, but I was pleasantly surprised and grateful for Kiley and the technicians who did a great job on my vehicle repairs. Having an accident is never convenient, but they made it a smooth process and dealt with my difficult insurance company like champs! I sincerely couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My daughters 2003 car was in a small accident and the fender over the back tire got bent in. Car wasn’t worth the $ 3500 estimate to fix fender. Scott Branum suggested they pull it out enough so it doesn’t rub the tire during bumps, that was a BIG save! He ordered us a new side mirror since that was broken and it came in 2 days and was quickly fixed. And we were able to afford 4 new tires. Now I know where to go if I need to! Thanks again Scott!

My husband purchased a brand new 2014 Dodge Challenger from Nyle Maxwell. Within (literally) 5 minutes of driving it off the lot, we got sideswiped by another car. What should have been one of the worst new car experiences of our lives turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After dealing with the insurance company, we took the vehicle into the Nyle Maxwell Collision Center and met Scott, Ellen, and Kalyee. They all went out of their way to ensure that the parts used to fix the vehicle were brand new (not refurbished) and then worked with my husband to install a plethora of additional new parts (new performance hood, racing stripes, sport pedals, and more…). Scott was fantastic about providing updates, Ellen went to bat with Chrysler several times over incorrect components, and Kaylee made sure nothing fell through the cracks. The end result is a beautiful car and a really happy hubby! This is a great service company and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Nyle Maxwell Collision Center after I was in my accident and they were quickly able to give me clear directions to the shop. The two women working in the shop were incredibly helpful and kind. They went out of their way to explain the process of getting my vehicle fixed. The customer service and care is top notch. I am glad to be driving my car again and confident it is back and better than ever.

While a collision repair shop is not some place I would really like to visit often, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I contacted the shop with questions about obtaining an estimate and was immediately put at ease. Not only did I receive a timely and informative estimate, Nyle Maxwell Collision Center had my truck back on the road quicker than I expected. My truck literally looks brand new.

After being hit by another driver while we were sitting at a light in my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee, we decided to take it to the collision center associated with the dealership. That was a great decision on our part! Ordered parts right away, coordinated with the rental car company for us, and finished fixing my Jeep back to brand new (feeling) condition before the expected time frame! Was very clean and looked amazing. Easy process!
