We’ve used MosquitoNix for the past two years and decided this year to get the system. We should have done it sooner! During the rains the Mosquitos were terrible and last year with the other service we would have waited for a re treatment. This year we just push a button a couple of times and we can sit outside again. Great service and great product. Jason the tech was very personable and explained everything in good detail.
I’ve recommended them before but will certainly do more of that in the future.

This was one of the worst experiences during my time as a homeowner. All I have to say is after repeated issues and a heated phone discussion, the owner called me a «loser!» What kind of business personally attacks their customers and calls them a loser. Also, the service was over $ 2,000 just for installation. Save your time and help me put this guy out of business.

I purchase a fairly expensive (~60 nozzle) system for my new home. I’ve owned a mosquito mister system at my previous home, and am quite familiar with them. It didn’t bode well that the young man who installed the system was fired midway through because his boss didn’t think he was doing a very good job. But supposedly, they went over the system to make sure it was up to snuff.
But after about a year of use, I just didn’t feel that I was getting a sufficient decrease in my mosquito problem. And when the system would turn on, I just didn’t seem to get much in the way of the misting. I started digging up the system and found to my dismay, that many of the risers were improperly installed with the PVC tubing being kinked in so many places throughout my system. They use a system where they would drill a hole at the bottom of a piece of copper pipe and thread the tubing up the pipe to create a riser. What they don’t tell you is that the tubing will kink almost every time at the point where it enters the copper pipe.
I ended up spending several days off having dig up most of the system, replace almost all the risers, and a great deal of tubing myself, spending several hundreds of dollars on new riser kits, nozzles and tubing. This particularly is irritating after spending a few thousand on the system in the first place!
I did end of calling MosquitoNix to complain and tell them of my experience. I really didn’t know what their response would be, if any, but the representative did promise that the owner would call me back. Well, a week later, no response from the company. I’m so glad that I didn’t get a service contract from this company!
Save yourself a significant amount of money, time, and hassle. Find another source for your mosquito misting system.

I bought the groupon with very high hopes. Unfortunately, it took a month to get an appointment. When I called to confirm they had no record of my appointment. They finally booked me again but got my name and address wrong. Finally a full month after I first called they treated my yard. We were really excited at first because we had much fewer mosquitoes but one week later our yard was full of mosquitoes again. I called mosquito nix an dithery told me they don’t guarantee the service. They might be able to guarantee it if I were a real customer. Such a shame because I really wanted to become a «real customer». Bottom line – not worth it for a week of no mosquitoes.

I got an online deal for one free service and with the West Nile virus threat … Decided to give it a try. The staff on the phone were very helpful explaining the different services. I opted for the non permanent service. They came and fogged all the shrubs EC, put granules in grass and dunks in fountains. I have not seen a mosquito since! I can be out in garden at dawn or dusk!!! Highly recommend this service!
