I cannot tell you how fortunate I was to have Molly as my realtor both buying and selling my home. On the buying side, she knew exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect condo for me. As soon as it came on the market, she spotted it and we were the first to look at it and the first to offer. In a hot market like Austin, that is the exactly the diligence that is needed.
When I sold my condo, we ran into issues involving the exterior after I had already moved away from Austin. Molly and her her broker were Jane and Johnny on the spot. They spearheaded efforts to get the repair work completed by the HOA so that we could get the place turned. Without Molly, I would probably have had to fly back to Austin to get things resolved.

Her personal style was an excellent match — Molly does answer her phone, she spent as long as needed answering my questions, and made valid suggestions and points to move the sale forward. Her style was personable and ethical — it’s something that «connects» with potential buyers. That personable style, the ability to «connect» with people, and her knowledge provided us with the sale in a reasonable amount of time.

Molly helped me with a FSBO sale that I completed recently. Even though she did not specifically represent me she was a very helpful resource and I can not thank her enough for doing so. She was friendly, professional and gave of her time freely on the phone and in person to help a neighbor. She talked me off the ledge a few times with practical, spot-​on knowledge of the market and was a guiding light in the direction that I chose to pursue. There is no better realtor in Austin than Molly! Period. Here is why:
Molly specializes in Travis Country and seems to have the inside track on properties before they hit the market. My wife and I had another realtor who was good, but after a friend bought a home from a seller who had used Molly he called and told us about her. We met Molly and she understood us and our needs. During our first meeting, she was extremely attentive and very professional. Clearly, real estate is not a part-​time job for her and it shows. Within a week, Molly sold our Barton Hills condo for $ 10k more than the other realtor thought it she be listed at. She had an amazing photographer come out and make a video, website and flier. We had over 300 hits on the condo website and over 20 showings on top of the numerous people who came for the open house. Molly kept us on a tight schedule and did an amazing job of filtering out weak offers and arranging for backup offers. Within a week, the condo sold.
Now what, you ask?
Molly set up a search for us but here is where she is different: (1) She actually read our comments on the homes that we reviewed on the search. Most realtors just rely on the search and do no follow up or tweaking. Not Molly. (2) She actively worked the phones and found our future home before it hit the market. How did she do this? She knows almost everyone in this freaking town. Every time we went to an open house and told people who are realtor was we heard the following: «I know Molly. She is great to work with». That is how she found our new home within two weeks. Her contacts. By the way, we did this without signing a listing agreement! Amazing, no?
Guess what? She also answers the phone. Most realtors send your calls to voice mail and call you back later that day or the next. When those realtors call back, they typically provide very little input or insight. It’s almost as if you are bothering them. Molly, however, answers the phone and, get this, has answers to questions about anything realty related. Need comps? Done. Need the offer tweaked? Done. How are the schools? Molly knows. Need a handyman? On his way over. Need pool bids? Done within two days. Need to look at home immediately? Molly will meet you there.
I know I sound like family member of Molly’s, but I am not. I am a lawyer who is married to a lawyer. We both are picky and customer service is a huge thing for us. 5 stars is not good enough for, Molly. I wish I could give her 10.
