McDonald’s

I work near this restaurant location. This is by far the worst experience ever with a McDonalds. The service is always bad and the food is horrible.

I seriously don’t know how or why the other night at McDonald’s it took so long? Here they are with these signs that say they are 30 minutes or less between 11am and 2pm or you get a free coffee and I was stuck in the drive thru line for 10 minutes.
It was taking so long it was as if they had to go catch the cow them self.
Then I finally get my turn at the window and the cashier asks me what was your order again? WHAT? There was 3 cars ahead of me we didnt move very far and couldnt move out of order so why ask me what I ordered again?
After my look of confussion I started to repeat the order to her and before I finish she say OK, and shut the window on me. (((RUDE)))
She then opens up the window and tell me my total I hand her the money and she had me my soda with soda dripping down the side of the cup.
SHe hands me my change and then starts FOlding my bag up to hand it to me I said can I have catchup and salt please?
SHe moans and then grabs it for me then hands me the bag. I will not be returning here again

This location is improving. Was very busy this morning. I special-​ordered something and they had it ready in no time.
Steak, egg, & cheese on a biscuit instead of a bagel… mmmmmmm!

I give it 5 star’s because, they have yet to screw up by black coffee I go and get every morning.
Other than that I have nothing much to say.
This place never get’s my «Splenda» wrong. The other’s always give me equal or normal sugar.
Every heard of google? hello. YELLOW packet = splenda. I hope the other’s staff reads this.

Guess I will be the first to review this one. My company was just down the street from this location for 8 years. One thing that has stayed the same throughout is the type of worker, for some reason they have surprisingly good looking latin women, always all women lol Maybe the manager or owner have a hand in this? But other then that, always a clean location, courteous and quick with my orders. Will say sometimes the person taking my order didn’t have the strongest grasp on the English language but i would say 98% of the time my orders were right.
