The young man was extremely friendly and helpful. The selection was very good. His knowledge of the products was refreshing.

I don’t write these often but I received great service in the Austin — Steiner Ranch Location. I came in Sunday night maybe 10 minutes before closing and was helped with a smile. I did not know they were closing when I got there, but he was eager to help. He stayed late, and never made me feel rushed or that he was annoyed (and there was a good football game on, too !!). I had been at Mattress Firm earlier in the day and was comparison shopping before I made a final decision.
Nice store, good selection, solid and not pushy employee that did not try to push me to buy right on the spot. I visited a number of stores and this company was by far the best experience. Tuesday, I had to go back in to get some other things taken care of and got the same great service even though I had nothing more to buy. The team there earned my business. This place will be my first stop for my next bedding purchase.

This review is way, WAY overdue!
The customer service at this store is awesome! I needed a bed for a son’s room and needed it FAST! I sold his set the day before we had company coming in to town and didn’t have enough beds for people to sleep on. We went down to Sleep Experts and tried out a few beds, found the best one for our kid and the store manager asked when we needed it by. When I told him «NOW» and explained my situation he picked up the phone, I think he may have called the distribution center, had them bring the bed to his store and then he personally drove it to our place on his way home from work (as it turns out we ended up being neighbors). I love that this store is in our «hood» and that they surpassed my personal customer service expectations. I’m picky when it comes to service. I thought the prices were fair to boot!
If you need a mattress, you should go see Jeremy and his team. Jeremy even sent us a card in the mail thanking us for our purchase and making sure we were happy with our selection. Very good experience! Thank you, Jeremy and team.
