I went into this location and was greeted and helped immediately. The problem was with the box spring I received. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, they failed to deliver the same type and color of the box spring I was shown in the store. The delivery driver was over an hour late and missed our drop off as well. I wasted my valuable time waiting around for them to arrive. My room mate received the mattress for me because I had to leave and after I got home I was surprised to find a blue box spring instead of the white one I requested. It wasn’t until I called the store a fourth time to inquire about my order that I was offered free delivery. Because the delivery was significantly late I should already have received this as compensation in good will of the company. The manager/salesman Tim did not offer me any resolution unless I asked for it. I asked if the company would reduce the price of the box spring to compensate the fact that the item was not what I originally requested. Tim did not allow this because he claimed that they already gave me a «good deal» on the box spring. The«good deal» he spoke of was merely $ 10 off my order. Because of the amount of frustration this company caused me I reluctantly agreed to keep the box spring since Tim could not locate a white one in the system. I was planning to buy a brand new bed set in the near future but because of this problem for my very first purchase from this company I will most definitely not be returning to any Mattress Firm store or its affiliates unless this can be correctly resolved.
