How can a gas business be so bad that it gets a first time customer to leave a 1 star review? Well, it starts with the half dead excuse for an employee working the counter. He treated me like he’d never seen anyone darker than himself buy co2 before. His attitude was nonchalant and careless; and this was all before the real problem occurred. I returned the next week to try to replace the, either empty, or leaking tank that they sold me. The same careless bumpkin asked me why i would wait a whole week before brining it back. I gave plenty of reasonable answers. I also gave an explanation that i couldn’t possibly have killed the tank in 1 week, on a keg of beer that hadn’t been half used, but was ignored and alluded to as a lie. I work for a brewery down the street from them, and their negligence to right a wrong with their customer base, went from costing them $ 20, to thousands of dollars in lost business. Matheson Fail!
