I am very glad I chose Anderson Simmons to represent me when I was sued by a debt-​collection company. His $ 1,500 fee was a bit higher than another firm that I was looking at, but I believe that in the end I saved money by choosing him, because he was determined to WIN my case, not just settle it (which would have left me with payments to make to the plaintiff).
Anderson Simmons talked with me at length about the pros and cons of my particular case before I chose him to represent me. He took the time to explain things fully and answer all questions. Mr. Simmons personally handled my case, and he displayed a strong working familiarity of how different county courts and debt collection companies behave in these kinds of cases. As he had defended similar cases in front of my case’s particular judge, he was able to use that prior experience to predict a likely outcome if things ended up in court.
Mr. Simmons was able to get my case dismissed before it ever even went to court. Throughout the entire experience of working with him he kept me informed and proactively looked after my interests. After winning the case, he also gave me tips on protecting my credit rating.
