In remodeling our kitchen we decided to have our center island as a butcher block, looked at a few stores and found what we wanted at kitch. The lady we ordered from was very nice and helpful with all the details. We ordered the counter top and where told 2 to 3 weeks for delivery and install. At about 3 weeks I called to see what the delivery date would be, left a message with my phone number. I was never called back but later my husband received a email that it would be another week, I thought that was a little weird. After a week had passed my husband called to check on the delivery, was told the tracking number said it would be there in 5 days. We were bummed it was taking so long but said nothing about it, set the install date and asked if they could also install pulls on our cabinets. The day before install at 6pm we were contacted and told there was a delivery issue so we kindly rescheduled. The day of the second scheduled delivery we were called a couple hours before with a long story about how they could not install due to another delivery issue, we kindly rescheduled again. Finally 3rd instal appointment the man/owner showed up a few min late, no big deal installed the countertop. When he started installing the cabinet pulls I walked by and thought I saw one was not level so I went in for a closer look. Before I said anything I noticed that on another drawer the fresh paint had been chipped by install, pointed it out he said it would be fixed and made comments about the paint job. I told him we used the company recommended by his wife, the lady working at kitch. About then he noticed the pull I had seen that was uneven and started to correct it. I pulled my husband in another room and told him to keep a eye out and if it did not start going smoothly we should just say thanks and let him go for the day since he was quite expensive for installing the pulls(over $ 4 for each pull). A few min later I was walking by and noticed that the paint was being messed up by him leveling the pull and pointed that out, he said he would touch it up with his finger at the end. I asked wouldn’t that leave paint on the pull, he rudely told me «Let me do my job!» I was shocked to be talked to that way in my home, my husband jumped out of his seat and came over so I walked away. We decided to leave it alone since we just wanted the job completed. He worked quietly then pointed out some pulls were not made straight and asked if there were extras. My husband told him there where several extras, after a few min he remarked that there were several crooked pulls and said there were not enough to complete the job. My husband paid him and told him he could tell he was having a hard time since he was aggressive with me, he said I’m sorry I should not have snapped at your wife and left. Later we went through the box of pulls and there were plenty to complete the job. I’m pissed, we were patient with the 2 ½ week late delivery, patient with the 3 times of rescheduling the install and he could not be patient with me asking 3 questions but I’m outraged that he did not complete the job with the perfectly straight pulls there were plenty of. The butcher block is beautiful or I would give this review 1 star, in the long run he was just lazy and rude in my home.

I thought I had great taste and ideas for our home we are currently building. We met with the designer at Kitch Cabinetry and Design and I was amazed at the possibilities and options available. They made us so comfortable and we never felt rushed or forced. Jenn(designer) was able to visualize the space and do so much more than I’d hoped. The wood and color choices are endless but she guided me and still incorporated my ideas into the design. Jeremy was there to explain the cabinet construction etc. to my husband and answer any questions we had. I never dreamed I’d have a kitchen like this. They worked so hard to help us stay within our budget and still have a quality, beautiful, TODIEFOR kitchen. Thanks Kitch! You two rock!
