If you want a rude, slow acting, unhelpful jerk, then this is your guy! Anytime we needed anything from him, it took multiple texts and phone calls before we ever got a response and then he was full of attitude. Looked for any reason to blame us for anything in the house we rented. When I had someone call him to verify my residence, he never answered the phone or returned phone calls then tried and then had the nerve to blame ME for it. Super unprofessional and just flat out rude. Definitely look elsewhere for your needs because you’ll be waiting around forever with this guy.

Stay away from this guy. He was next to impossible to work with. His tactics and stunts were way outside the norm and made it extremely difficult to work out deals even with good offers from motivated buyers. Offers were walked away from because of how extreme he would go. He would waste our time, come by the house unannounced, and even when directed to stay away. He was relentless, radical and unprofessional.
