This firm was hired by my daughter and son-in-law for interior design in their newly built 3400 square foot home. It has been an extremely disappointing experience from the beginning. The initial presentation came with two budget options, one which was three times and one six times greater than the budget that had been agreed upon between the designer and homeowners. It turns out that this is actually a retail business, and the designers only want to use their online vendors, which is not only pricey, but does not allow the client to sit on, see or touch ordered items in advance. The design firm has a policy(not verbally disclosed) that no ordered items will be returned. When an area rug was delivered that was too small, and resulted in a strong allergic reaction to the home owner, the designer suggested that the homeowner sell the rug on Craig’s List! She charged five hours($ 1,000!) for a three and a half hour very inadequate«install.» Although the Austin designer for this firm appears approachable, friendly and easy to work with, we found her unwilling to listen to the client and inflexible. For these reasons and more, the relationship was ended prior to the completion of the project. It is very sad. I strongly recommend that you find a different designer for your project.
