Not a good visit. I went in about an hour before closing time, and the lady at the front could hardly speak English(or pretended), and I when I asked about a menu so I could see the prices she said that they didn’t have one. So I asked about a foot massage service, and she basically turned down my request for service. It also smelled funny in there.

I came in with my brother on his birthday to surprise him with a 60 min massage. The lady at the counter spoke almost no English and was very rude, saying«not here!» «No, can’t do!» even when I showed her the website and coupon on my phone. She basically made us leave and refused us service. We are very clean and polite Caucasian people. I can only assume she refused us service because we are white. It was confusing and humiliating and I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

I have come manny manny times to get a foot massage and there is NO one to give it… To me it really weird and throws red flags that this place might be doing more than just foot massage… Why would the store be open if there is no one there to give the service…

Have tried calling two separate times, several months apart, to make a foot massage appointment for 4 people. Both times, all I got was, «sorry, no people, busy, can’t do». First of all, learn English so you can respond to your customers properly. Second of all, who turns away business? If you don’t have enough staff, then hire more people. The lady on the phone was rude, screaming Chinese to some other lady in the background while on the phone with me. This place is very, very unprofessional and unaccommodating. I will never call this place ever again. People owning this place should be ashamed of themselves.

You have to know what you are getting yourself into when you go here. This is not a standard massage place. You keep your clothes on and it’s not a relaxing massage. These massages will stretch you and make your muscles sore. With that being said, this was awesome. They were very sweet and got started right away. They massage your entire body, gluteus maximus included! I will definitely be back.

I am a big fan of this place and am returning in the next few days for my third visit. They are fantastic at what they do and the staff could not be friendlier or more accomodating. I am an athlete and I beat my body up a lot. They have helped me find the relief I needed. The price is right for sure which leaves plenty of room for a nice tip.

I very much enjoyed my foot massage right after my lunch at Phở Danh. The massage was firm and confident and I was surprised by how good it was. Great price too!

After lunch at Phở Danh I saw a new business in the strip center. Joy Foot Reflexology. A foot massage sounds interesting. I stepped inside and was greeted by a friendly woman. She showed me a card with their opening specials. I chose a 60 minute massage for 30 dollars. The first part was a foot soak in warm water. A man then massaged my feet. He then worked on my legs arms and head. He spoke very little english but he could communicate in a limited manner. Some type of cream was used in the treatment. Then I was turned over for the back, neck and shoulders. I have been told that foot reflexology can be quite painful. His touch was firm but light. Relaxing but not melting into a pool of hot butter. The price was right. 30 plus a 10 dollar tip for an hour massage is a pretty good deal. This was not the best massage but it was relaxing. A friend who has studied Asian medicine told me after a good treatment you will be thirsty. I was very thirsty afterwards and downed two bottles of water. The woman offered me water and I gladly accepted. The office and treatment room were clean. The staff acted in a professional manner. The massage could have been deeper but perhaps they are easy on first timers. Overall it was a good experience.

Came in and had the basic 1 hr. very relaxing. Had a guy worked on me(forgot to ask for his name :/) but he was awesome! Told him to focus on my hands and feet and that’s exactly what I got. His foot massage was amazing! Love his techniques. def will be back

This place was great. We went to Foot Relax across the street first but they couldn’t take us right away so we went to Joy. We really enjoyed our basic massage for 60 mins. It was well worth the money. I will be a regular from now on.

Tried this place out for the first time even though no one else has Unilocaled about it. Pressure of the massage was good but it was definitely not relaxing. Massages need to be slow and roll over the muscles. I had a speed racer and it made me even more tense with the combination of the speed and pressure. I also felt like they massaged on my spine which I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to do. Would I go back? Probably not. I don’t feel like they are licensed to do massages.
