I am not a client. And that is why I am writing this review.
I am from Chicago and used to having a real estate lawyer look over any closing. Once, I didn’t even go, my lawyer handled the whole thing. So when I called Jeff to take a look at my documents, he said he could … but the title company is my first and best line of defense at this point. He described what kinds of real estate transactions need a lawyer in Texas. H offered to take a look anyway, but this was a cut and dry situation.
He did not have to do that. He could have simply taken my money. And for that, I will return with any other venture into real estate.

Jeff was prompt, direct and effective and very reasonable in fees. Furthermore, it was all handled by phone to further save my time. I had a problem tenant sticky eviction. Others i contacted wanted to string out the project and pay stream.
