Janie and Jack

I’m tempted to give Janie and Jack a higher rating than three stars for several reasons but I just can’t bring myself to forgive them for their prices.
The fantastic:
1. It’s a small store, and it’s packed with wonder. There are super cute clothes for every occasion — and I literally have to pull myself away from multiple items that I find, every time I come in.
2. The employees here are incredibly helpful and nice. They always say hello when you come in, ask if you need help finding anything and most importantly, they let you browse un-​bothered if that’s what you want. I love that.
3. They *do* have great sales, and their prices do drop significantly on items.
4. They’ll gift wrap your stuff in very nice tissue paper, boxes and ribbons for free, if you ask.
The bummer:
1. So expensive. So. So. Expensive. I once came in around Christmas and saw a super cute dress in their store — it was $ 50 for a 3 – 6 month size. I can’t even. I put it back, I was in shock.
So, there it is. three stars. I wish all of the fantastic stuff overshadowed the prices but they just don’t manage to eclipse the sticker shock I have every time I come in here.

Love the end of season sale! Pretty pricey otherwise. Really cute stuff and lots if options but some of the clothes are a bit fancy for a little baby. Great for special occasions or holidays!

I went to this store for the first time today looking for a Christmas gift for my nephew. My budget for the gift wasn’t very high but I felt like it was worth taking a look around. Lucky for me they were having a huge sale. While I was by the sale racks, with my hands full of options and overwhelmed by what to pick, I was asked if I could use any help. I told her what my budget was and I asked for another size in a onesie that I saw on sale. The woman happily went into the back and not only grabbed me a onesie but pulled together an entire outfit that was right on my budget. I was able to get a onesie, pants, a sweater, and a pair of socks for what it would have cost to buy a regular priced onesie!
I give this place five stars not only for the amazing deal I got today, but also for the excellent customer service. They were very friendly and helpful even though I was on a tight budget.
I highly recommend checking out this baby and children’s clothing store. The clothes are of a very high quality and super cute. If you come at the right time you can get a great deal, and the customer service is top notch.
