Ion Art

I have worked with this company over the years. My neon sign has worked for 8 years. A yr a go I had it repainted and one of the neon tubes replaced and a new transformer put in. It went out again and this time ion art came and fixed it on site. It worked for only a month. Their ‘policy’ has changed to only take new work on pieces ion art has made. So after a thousand dollars gone, dealing with rude employees, being told they have returned my voicemails (they have not), and always coming in over budget they will not follow up on their own work. Also was told they have lost quite a few employees so they are running on bare bones. That’s another red flag for sure, losing employees. I highly recommend everyone AVOID THIS BUSINESS. They are very rude.

Walked in to pick up some materials and the owner proceeded to give me a lecture about how long they had to wait for us to pick up our order etc. (2 weeks), and then stormed off — very rude. Apparently he was mad because they first had to pay for the items we bought from them, and then wait to collect their markup. Newsflash to you buddy, this is more or less what every retail business has to do. Moral of the story, take your business elsewhere to someone that appreciates it.
