Wow! I’m looking at the two reviews for HWC and I’m wondering if I’m going to the same place. I’ve been going to HWC for four years and I have gotten outstanding results. I feel so much better, I sleep better, mood swings are gone, my libido is back. This program literally saved my marriage. Yes, it is pricey and yes, you do have to pay upfront. So what, it has been worth every penny to me and my husband. I’ve looked at the BBC rating that they have and I see no negative reports. The rating has to do with their advertising. The only thing that I can say negative is that I have not lost weight, but I think a lot of that has to do with me and my eating and exercise habits. On the bright side, I haven’t gained weight, but have pretty much maintained the same weight… so no fluctuations as before HWC. All in all, I think this is a great program and during the four years I have been going to HWC, I think they have strived to be responsive to their customers and have made improvements to their services.

I have been on this hormone program for 6 months now with little results. The commercials say you lose weight, get your libido back and feel 20 again. This did not happen in my case. I should have known something was up when they made me pay UPFRONT all the money for an entire year and its pricey at $ 2500 and that was giving me a deal they usually charge up to $ 3000 for this service. In your contract it says you can get your money back if dissatisfied but in reality you don’t. I tried getting mine back but they said I wasn’t eligible due to my discount I received.. There are many other doctors here in Austin that do the natural hormones are half the cost and no money upfront or out of your pocket and most insurance companies will pay your office visits if you go thru a regular doctor. This company does not file insurance and they are not associated with any insurance providers. My advise is go somewhere else for no cost except the cost of your prescriptions
and have the doctor file your insurance. To me this company is a rip off.

I just went to HWC Austin. I got the 30 min consultation and said yes I want to do this. Get my blood drawn today and implant next week. Then came the part where they told me I pay $ 1000.00 down today and then 178.00 monthly for a year. Total cost one year $ 3000.00. I can send something to my insurance to see about re-​embursement but they wont give me that till next visit. So I am so desperate to get help and don’t want crappy hormones (these are made bio identical) I did it! I will post more after I go again. The people I encountered were very nice. The location sucks with traffic. I would rate higher so far but the cost floored me I guess.
