This is a nice trail of under 10 miles that is a real pleasure. It can have lots of traffic on the weekend, so keep one eye over your shoulder. Take some water with you and depending on the recent weather that may have occurred, it could have a number of loose smaller stones. To me this is a strolling place, rather than a biking place, though others may disagree. There are actually some kinda hidden places you can branch off, but unless you are younger I would not recommend it. As with any trail, I suggest taking along a sprained ankle wrap to use«Just in case». This happened to me in the past and I learned my lesson. Also, watch when it has been raining. The water can wash the dirt away from the blacktop and destroy you tire. Best time… Spring! Also, there are other entrances. Search the internet. Maps are available.
