I wish I could give Dr. Hendrix a negative 5 star rating!
Let’s start with the lobby. Old, outdated, with cheesy Looney Tunes music playing next a dead plant. My appointment was at 9:30 and I didn’t get to see the doctor until 9:50. His nurse probably would have died if she smiled so rest assured, there was no joy emanating from the staff.
After ATTEMPTING to explain that I was in the office for acne triggered by a new cleanser 3 months ago I was cut off several times. I literally was not able to finish a single sentence. When I tried explaining again that I have chronic dry skin and that’s why I don’t use acne products he cut me off AGAIN– recommended I use Neutrogena and get on an antibiotic. Seriously? If Neutrogena worked, I would NOT be paying to see a doctor!!!
I will NOT be seeing him again and am actually going to ask for my money back!
