Coming from California where we lived for a long time (now in Lakeway, much happier here BTW), I had many contractors that I trusted who did good work. It has really been hit or miss (mostly miss) on everybody who worked on our house, except for Sam and his Father. They are always on time, on schedule and on budget (even though I change things quite often). Their work is excellent and their pricing is very good especially for the quality of work they do. I even had them do a few things that are out of their normal realm of expertise since some of the other contractors let me down so often. Besides all of that they are both really nice guys who you can trust to do what you need. You won’t be unhappy with them!
