William did a great job repaired a sagging deck at my home, and I am happy to recommend him for handyman/​carpentry work. He was willing to work from the crawl space of the house (during the Texas summer), which saved money and avoided probable damage to the deck. His responsiveness was very helpful!

I would gladly recommend William to anyone in need of a skilled, honest and hardworking handyman. William was at my house less than 24 hours after my initial call. He arrived on time, was able to diagnose and fix a pocket door that was off the track and was professional and friendly. He left the area spotless and charged a very reasonable price.
Another handyman who attempted to fix the problem said he would need to make a hole in the wall to repair the door and it would require several hours. William was able to get my door working again in less than an hour and with no holes in my wall!
I’m so glad I called William and so pleased with his work. It’s to have found someone I can rely on for those inevitable home repairs.

Called William to give me an estimate to replace the wood base and surrounding sheet rock in the water heater closet as it had been leaking for some time and the wood and sheet rock needed replaced before a new water heater could be installed. William gave me an estimate then completed the work on schedule with the exact materials he quoted and actually ended up charging me less than his original quote because he didn’t need to use all the material he thought the job would require. Can’t beat that for honesty and the quality of his work was top shelf. I would highly recommend William to anyone for any handyman services required in and around your home. He delivers what he promises!

William did an excellent job, essentially removing and rebuilding the section of floor under the toilet and reinstalling the toilet. It was not an easy task on this old house, but he was tenacious and very professional with a good attitude, in spite of some unexpected hurdles.
The tile and trim look great (as does the toilet that is not leaning anymore) and he even replaced a piece of tile that was damaged but was not part of the job… a nice surprise that I noticed after he left.
Besides the excellent quality of his work, we were also pleased that there was no charge to come and give us a written estimate. The job ended up being just a few bucks more than his estimate, he really knows his stuff. He was also great about explaining what was needed and what he was planning on doing.
If you are looking for a very experienced, smart, hard working and friendly home repairman, I can’t recommend William more highly to you. If you have to wait to get into his busy schedule, keep in mind that he is booked up because he is dependable, does high quality work, and charges a fair price.
