Gutter Pros 4 U

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
The owner’s name is Kent Orr. Unfortunately, Gutter Pros 4 U was the contractor who bid on installing the gutters on our new house.
First issue I found were areas the installers had not checked for proper leveling of the gutters, so the water would back-​flow and, as a result, over-​flow against our walls instead of toward the drains. Correcting this took two phone calls.
Next issue was the upgraded «Texas Leaf Topper» we paid extra for that was improperly installed with a large gap at one of the corner junctures. A bird gratefully nested in there our first year, which I promptly evicted, then called Kent again to come and fix. He agreed to send people, but they never showed.
Finally, after observing our home for two years now, I’ve come to understand Kent did absolutely no rain flow calculations for our roof’s surface area and inappropriately installed a standard width all around the house rather than having extra-​wide gutters at the junctions or high-​flow areas. This allows for spectacular overflow «geysers» that shoot upwards at terminal points of the gutter’s flows and into our yard, gleefully eroding deep holes into our yard.
I’ve also recently noticed yet another un-​leveled gutter section allowing water back-​flow against my wall and possibly into the roof structure.

This is an easy review to write. I called and asked for an estimate. Fair estimate and sounded very knowledgeable. The work was completed and no mess left behind. That was over 2 years ago and I have not had any concerns with work completed.
I would refer them to anyone.

Gutter Pros 4 U installed gutters on my home after I had a new roof installed.
Of the 3 gutters, only one was installed properly.
They fixed the gutter over the garage, after my forcing the issue.
They have not yet repaired the gutter in the front of the house, which is full of water at the end away from the downspout despite my phone calls requesting it be repaired.
