Well after my horrible first experience, I decided to give them another chance-mostly because I didn’t want to have to wait to find a new sleep center. The technician I talked to, Courtney, explained that the building is still under construction and that the intercom system was accidentally disabled. She apologized and said they were making changes so my first experience wouldn’t happen to anyone else. They made sure the intercom was working and changed the main phone line so that it rings through to the technician after hours. Courtney even gave me her cell phone number in case anything happened. I showed up a little early and she was waiting for me. Courtney was pleasant, professional, and easy to deal with. She made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. After the study, she explained that my doctor would have the results by Monday and then called me to let me know the results had been sent over to my doctor. I have to say that the high level of customer service at my second experience was really what I expected the first time around. After my most recent positive experience, I would recommend this sleep center to others.
