You can’t find nicer folks to deal with than Heidi and the crew at Texas Storage Park! Their facility is secure, clean and one of the most affordable storage units in the City. We now have a storage unit AND keep our trailer there for what it cost for a single smaller unit also in our area! They are very accommodating and professional! We highly recommend Texas Storage Park!

Storage facilities have a huge problem with computer systems that they either don’t know how to use or have no control over. Even though I made a payment it was mis-​applied by a third party system. There is nothing they can do to fix that claimed the manager. Corporate head office has nothing to do with the system and they can not control. They just want to blame user error. Not recommended. When the manager told me tough luck I had her escalate to the corporate office. She should have done that on her on initiative. Corporate saw it my way. They had my money on time (all be it mis applied) and I should not have been penalized.
