Great Clips

Now that Candy’s no longer working there, I will not patronizing this business. I’ve had too many bad cuts here. The owner needs to get some good haircutters or he will declaring bankruptcy.

This is not the first time I have been to this Great Clips. I usually get my hair cut by a woman in the morning on my way to work. This time I stopped after taking a late lunch. I was immediately greeted by Toan who took me back to his chair. It was over 100 degrees so I was sweating a bit. Toan decides to dry my hair by using his blow dryer on hot and burned my left ear. He never apologizes and flips it to cold. I ask for a ½ on the side and a trim on the top. He argues with me and tells me ½ is too short. I explain this is what I normally get. He proceeds to cut my hair and is very rough with me. The neck guard he had around my neck was almost choking me. He grabbed it a few times to cut the back of my neck, which made it hard to breathe. I asked him to cut the sides of my head shorter and he refused. He never even trimmed the top of my head which I asked. After he was finished, he wiped my head with at towel and about rubbed the skin of my head because he was wiping to hard. When I went up to pay, it gave me a dirty look when I did not tip him. I was not able to tip him for being rough while cutting my hair.
The next time I go back I will not be asking for Toan. I will ask for the lady that normally cuts my hair.
