Their videos are beautiful.
However, my husband and I were married last October and we still have not received our video. We received our trailer in March or April and they said the video was coming soon — and it hasn’t. The trailer was beautiful, which is why I rated quality of service high because the film quality is professional and great. I am very disappointed with the lack of results. They were by far one of the most expensive things spent on the wedding and we have not received anything. They are very nice while corresponding but they recently stopped communicating with me. I am not sure if there is turmoil or rough patches within the company itself but I have not received any sort of update on the reason for delay. Perhaps in the future it will be better but right now, it’s not.
