Arant team is what you look for in a real estate agent. There is a system in place which is not always explained but at every turn there are extremely friendly and professional individuals that know their process in the sales cycle. Notary, closing in Steiner, and a moving truck for odds and ends, good market evaluation, professional photos.

Gene Arant was the listing agent on a house that we sold in Steiner Ranch in 2010. Gene was able to sell that house in about two weeks after another real estate agency had the listing for over a year with no offers. We listed another Steiner Ranch home with him in 2015 and that house also sold quickly. We think that Gene is an expert on the Steiner Ranch real estate market. His team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They guided us through the home selling process flawlessly, with little effort on our part. We would highly recommend Gene and his team for any real estate transaction, but especially in Steiner Ranch.

I first learned about the Gene Arant Team through a friend, but it took awhile for me to call, I am very glad that I did. In my line of work I deal with a lot of real estate agents and I can honestly say that the Gene Arant Team is one in a 1,000,000!
