I had the most wonderful experience with the store manager Jamie. I called the store to ask if they had particular games in stock and she said she did not have the game I was looking for, but she took the time to help me still. She searched and called other stores. She was so helpful, courteous and kind. I will always go there first before other locations just because of the customer service. It’s rare to see anymore, but wonderful when you do! Thanks for making the holiday shopping so pleasant!

So I went in here on Saturday with Eric to pre-​order the new PS4 and ended up leaving with the new Wii console, controllers and pre-​ordered a few games!
The girl behind the counter was super helpful and she really knew a lot about the new consoles and whether they were backwards compatible with other games from previous versions! The store wasn’t busy but, they did have a good selection of games, new and used!
I forgot this place was in the shopping center by my house but, Eric noticed it and veered to it! Get their rewards card if you shop often because it looks like it has some good discounts and the points actually accumulate so you can use them quickly unlike other frequent shopper cards! Plus you get a year subscription to game informer so, that never hurts! I think it was $ 14.99 for a year subscription to the card!
I am sure we will be back plenty of times! Amazingly knowledgable sales staff!

I like the one in La Frontera better only because it’s closer to where I live. I actually purchased a game from the La Frontera store that was refurbished and had issues. They sent me down to the Parmer/​35 location to get another one, and these guys were great!

An extra 30% off when you trade in 7 games or more. My son loved the deal.
