First Choice Carpet Care

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! My property management company hired these guys after my house flooded and it was a nightmare. They did not call before they came over the first time — they just expected me to wait around all day for them. Then when it was time for them to come back to remove the fans and install padding they stood me up. I called them and they said they didn’t even have me on the schedule. They promised me that they would call me back and let me know what was going on. They never did. I had to call them several times before they would give me a straight answer. They said they would come by the end of the day and they didn’t. They were so disrespectful of my time! They could have called me to let me know they weren’t going to make it. I was stuck at home for an entire day waiting on them. I was finally so disgusted that I loaded their equipment in my car and drove it to their business address just so I could be done with them. My property management company had hired them the year before as well with terrible results. I could not get them to commit to a time to come and get their equipment. After over a week of begging them to get it they called me Friday night at 9pm and said they were coming over. I refused and the employee was so hostile that I made sure I had several friends over the next time he came over because I was afraid to be alone with him. Avoid this company like the plague!

So I brought my daughter home from the hospital after having open heart surgery… definitely needed a carpet cleaning! First Choice was prompt on getting someone to clean the day of discharge. However after a few days the pet urine smell was back, I called and spoke with Craig… extremely rude and even hung up in my face when I tried explaining that our carpet still smelled and we needed only one room to be re-​done. I will be reporting First Choice carpet care to my apartment complex so they can find an HONEST carpet cleaning company. Not a lying, cheating, company that isn’t worth 2 shits. Honestly this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They deserve to be shut down and thrown out of business. Oh and Craig the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT! Rule #1 of business dumbass!

I called Wednesday at 5:15pm to schedule a steam cleaning and had an appointment the next morning! Darrell arrived on time, did a GREAT job, and was very courteous and professional.
My carpet was in pretty bad shape — dark, ground in stains — and the carpet looks so much better now. A red wine stain, a red marker stain, puppy training ‘spots’ — all completely gone!!! Pet treatment applied and my carpet not only looks beautiful again, but the whole house smells fresh and clean (no chemical odor).
