We hired Kip to build a dog run and to fix our Cedar fence that was badly warping. Kip took the time to explain why the fence was installed improperly, how he would fix it and gave us a great bid. We now have a beautiful, well made, non-​warping fence (he even matched a stain that looks great with our house color) solid fence. We are also very pleased with the other work he did for us.
Sadly, today when I called to arrange to have some additional work done, I was informed that Kip had passed away a couple of days ago.
He was a skilled, reliable craftsman and a very nice man.
