Expert Locksmith

one star is VERY generous, these are the Rudest people i have EVER experienced. i needed help and they were only a few blocks away and actually hing up on me 4 times i thought it was my cell service but i was desperate and persistent and when i got thru the 5^th time customer service actually yelled at me and then hung up. As a local business i say shop local but not this local

‘Expert’ to these guys is very similar to ‘Genius’ at the Apple Store… which is to say… ‘not exactly expert’
1. They were late
2. They’re assessment of the problem was ‘this is irreparable’
3. They’re recommendation was … and I kid you not … ‘destroy the door’. .ha ha ha.
We ended up calling the door manufacturer (Marvin Integrity). they sent a dude out the next day. He assessed the problem, got the door working, and had scheduled another appointment with us for a complete repair as he didn’t have the parts on him (understandable).
Normally this would be a two star situation, because Expert Locksmith did show up… but the destroy the door comment, the lateness, and the fact that they were just dead wrong sealed their one star rating.

Basically I requested 3 door locks to be installed. I have the locks so I was not also purchasing them. They told me it starts at $ 45. Optimal word is «starts». The guy came in my house and told me it would be $ 525. That is $ 525 for drilling 3 doors essentially. It was a very shady bait and switch move and the guy was very shady as well. Use Cothron’s which charged $ 120 or so.
