My girl was all smiles after attending a couple’s massage class here. Just a great experience.
Pros:
–Great instruction
–Laid back environment
–Real emphasis on giving and receiving feedback
–Relaxing
–Attending class with another couple was fun
Cons:
–Small Room
–Chairs could be a little more comfortable.
So many good tips. I can’t wait to practice them more.

Kathy Casey does a great job of finding the spots that need finding during your massage. She can apply as much pressure as you need and personalize your massage based on your current condition and activities. Every time I’ve gone in, she’s taken the time to talk to me and ask about current physical condition so she can better understand what it is I need during the massage.
She has a thorough understanding of musculoskeletal system anatomy and physiology, and she uses that knowledge to work out your issues.
