Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have tried to use this location TWICE. to book a van. Mind you, I have nearly lost all patience with the call center, and then being transferred to the location. Once I try to find out pricing, no one could give it to me, then they tell me it is not a guarantee that the van will be there, even if I make a reservation… Well Hell, then what is the point of the reservation? Useless location, stay away, do not bother to use this one at all. Its a waste of space.

I still continue to use the Enterprise, but just because of the location. I hate how online it tells you they are only going to charge your card for the quoted amount, but then when you get there, they put a $ 200 hold on $ 30 rental. Crazy thing is, I switched cards when I returned the rental to my debit instead of it being on my credit card. They made sure to run their payment right away and it has cleared through my bank account usually by the next business day. It takes almost a week or so to have the hold cleared on my credit card, but when I leave the charge on my credit card, there is no delay at all. I think the part that annoys me the most about the business in general is that I have to keep repeating everything over and over each time. The only information they save is my address and primary phone number. It would be nice if they kept on my file that NO I do not want to pay an extra $ 60 for insurance when I already pay for my own. So then I have to sit and listen to that every time. Even when I say no thank you the first time, he goes in to a second script to get me to purchase a cheaper coverage. I said NO the first time!

Had signed up for Member Plus during car rental process. Got an email confirmation. I had did this because my car was in shop for insurance claim. Go to location and no car. Rude desk employee tells me, we cancelled your reservation. You assumed that same named person was one person, but here is a vehicle at triple the cost. Lame excuses of had a vehicle recall, all other vehicle are in need repair, and computer problems. After two hours, I was allowed to drive the triple cost vehicle. Also, when returned vehicle was less than 144 hours (6 days) of use and charged me for 7 days because «You should read the fine print, your being charged per calendar day». Desk employee giving me the you xxxxxx look. I should have taken vehicle out for a spin for the rest of the day but they had rented it out from underneath me before I checked it in. I will be cancelling my Enterprise Membership.

I have been sitting inside this location for the past two hours waiting on a vehicle. This was set up through my insurance company and for some reason there were no vehicles ready for customers. The folks had to run out to multiple locations to chase down vehicles, and yet nobody has bothered to mention that the wait may be an eternity, which is what it feels like.

Wonderful service and an amazing Dodge Grand Caravan. If you plan on a long drive, rent this. So luxurious and quiet.

I rented a car for a week! I returned in 4 days… First of all they weren’t agreeing upon removing double insurance charged for a day… Later on the employees were being rude to me by acting smart about prices… I got charged higher than quoted initially… I talked to the district manager for pricing issue plus employees acting smart. She took care of issue and told about assurance about her employees… Well first impression is last impression. Never Renting from this location again! Poor customer service!

Don’t go to this location! They only had two full size vehicles available a Hyundai and a Ford Fusion. I won’t drive another Hyundai ever and the Fusion was super dirty. It look like someone pooped on the diver seat and the interior had not cleaned or vacuumed. The Manager Jamie Olander told me the car collects dust, then he told me the car was an old car. It is a 2015 not an old car. He was then upset he had to go clean the interior. I told him I could not take that car in that condition on a business trip. Terrible service go somewhere else!!!

My car is clean. That’s a positive.
However, the staffer assigned to help me was terrible. My rental was prearranged through my auto insurance. When I was picked up, we went through a total of three cars before Enterprise was finally able to determine the correct class of vehicle to put me in. (The first two vehicles were clearly beneath the reimbursement range provided by my car insurance.) Next, I was asked which of Enterprise’s insurance plans I’d be using for my car. When I said none, I was given a lecture about me being responsible for any damage and then the rep asked for the name of my car insurance carrier and my deductible amount.
I’ve never been subject to such high pressure tactics at an Enterprise location before. Between this and the incorrect cars, the staff at this location seems absolutely intent on providing the least service for the most money they can extract.

The people that work here are very nice so I feel bad giving a mediocre review, but I don’t like the way this location runs its business. I’ve had multiple bad experiences but unfortunately my company prefers renting from Enterprise and this location is closest to my house. Back in April I rented from them to visit customers in Dallas. When I got there first thing in the morning to pick it up they had no sedans to rent me. I had to wait over 30 minutes for a car to be sent from another store and was almost late to my meetings. I also rented from them recently in November and was disappointed to learn 1) they have no dropbox for keys so if you want to return your car after 6PM you either need to come back the next morning or park the car in their lot and come back with the keys the next day 2) there is no grace period on return time so even if you’re 5 minutes late you will be charged for an extra day. I guess it shouldn’t matter to me since I’m expensing the trips but seems like a rip off. Definitely wouldn’t be my first choice of places to rent a car for personal use.

I have always had great experiences with Enterprise and they have long been my first choice in car rentals. This location is very convenient to me, and their service lives up to the Enterprise tradition.

I recently needed to rent a car while a lot of company was in from out of town. They were very accommodating. I made the reservation on line which was very easy. It even gave me a total of charges. On the return date I called to extend the rental one more day. Then I called again to extend the rental another day. They were happy to do so. When I returned the car I forgot a car seat which I went back to get several days later. It was safe and sound in their office. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.

I had a great experience working with this Enterprise location! The staff was very helpful, attentive and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I’ll be a returning customer!

The staff at eneterprise were very friendly, accommodating and just wonderful. At the time of my rental, they did not have the vehicle I preferred and I was not at all what I had to drive away in (not that it was their fault) so they offered to schedule me to come in and do a switch in the upcoming days. Now, I drive a nissan altima and of wanted a nissan maxima (my choice with the insurance company) or something comparable to my nissan but I was in a jeep cherokee and I particularly do no like suv vehicles and I especially did not like this vehicle because it was basic, I mean it didn’t even have two car chargers! Back to the swap, that happened two days later and man (or woman) they did it this! What do they pull up to the curb for me you ask? Well I will tell you… a 2016 toyota avalon. Talk about smooth looking and B-​E-​A-​U-​T-​I-​F-​U-​L! Just to sweeten the pot, I was told that it was the same price as I was paying for the jeep oh and by the way, I didn’t pay for anything. I had the car for 14 days (so they say) it probably was, I’m just being playfully difficult. Anyway, I was almost swayed to look at toyotas for my next car but I love my nissan and the nissan family.
Back to the staff at eneterprise. On return day, things were what you would expect when returning a vehicle. I needed a ride to my car and they took me but then I get there and remember that I forgot my spare key at home. How embarrassed was I. Pavilon (the company that repaired my car, flawlessly by the way) and I came to an agreement that they would leave my car parked outside and lock the keys it in the location of my choosing (and they did) because they are not open on the weekend which happened to be the only time I could come pick my car up so the enterprise member took me home and brought me back without griping (out loud anyway) and was just wonderful. He even gave me pointers on how to get around because I am still trying to learn my way around. Great guy. So, I had a good experience and I would go back if I have to.

I used this location a couple of times. It’s OK. I wasn’t too happy at first when they couldn’t tell me what kind of car I would be getting, I wasn’t asking for a particular car, I was only asking what KIND of car. They refused to tell me. They told me that it would depend on what would be available when I get there. But, I just wanted some ideas, so I asked what I would get assuming I was at their counter right in front of him at that very moment. He still wouldn’t tell me. What a jerk! Anyway, I got a 2015 Chevy Impala. That was OK, and uneventful. I used this location ONLY because it’s the closest to my home. Based on the attitude of the person I talked to over the phone, if I had other choices, I wouldn’t go there.

So, I’m not sure what to say here. My neighbor backed into me and once again my car was off to the shop. this time Enterprise was actually there waiting for me with a car, and the girl who helped me (I think her name was Mai?) was pleasant and got me into the car relatively quickly-​no complaints.
But. here’s the thing. When going over coverage options she told me I could either pay the $ 15/​day or put $ 1,000 down (yeah. okay). I’m pretty sure that legally you don’t have to get insurance from them and can just use your own, but whatever-don’t trust Enterprise so I’ll pay the damn daily charge. So, I asked her about the other option I was given last time I came in-​to pay a flat fee and if any damage comes to the car I can claim it on my insurance. She tells me that’s not an option-​which, if its not its not. I asked if that used to be the policy, she said no-they’ve never done it that way.
So here’s my question. what the hell was the first girl talking about? I didn’t just make it up, she outright told me that was an option and now I’m being told it’s not, and never was. Was I being scammed? What the hell Enterprise? As much as I love Heritage and having the two together is easy, I will likely never use Enterprise again. they’re just too shady.

Beware of dropping off at other locations. Got charged an extra $ 75 fee for dropping off at airport on a Sunday when I couldn’t make it before 3. Will not be using enterprise again!

This branch had great customer service. They were friendly and efficient in getting you in and out of the door. I showed up and with a quick flash of my license and a credit card swipe, I was out of the door and into the car. Definitely will use them in the future… and the Charger I got was awesome!

This enterprise branch is terrible! My car dealership called them to come pick me up, and they said they’d be there in 10 minutes. Several calls and one hour later, we finally gave up and the very nice service guys at Roger Beasley Audi gave me a ride to the rental place. When I arrived, there were 5 staff members standing around doing very little. Needless to say I was not happy. Avoid this place if at all possible.
