Elements Laser Spa

Really a great place for any beauty related issue you may have including laser hair removal. I’ve had laser hair removal and a few facials over the course of many years. Now I’m bringing my daughter here for laser hair removal also. If you’re looking for a cozy place where you will feel comfortable and want good advice from experienced people, this is the place for you. I drive to this office all the way from Round Rock and it’s worth every mile. I made the mistake of going elsewhere once and learned my lesson. Love this place!

Bought a groupon and recently had my first appointment. I was skeptical when I saw the building when I arrived, but the space indoors is quite nice and comfortable. It was really easy to make an appointment and service was quick. I’ve never had laser hair removal before so we shall see if this works. Knocked down only 1 star until I see real results and because my appointment was a little late (which I noticed only because I had arrived way too early and had already been waiting for some time). Looking forward to going back!

Don’t let the dirty 6^th location fool you. Walk past the creepy alley into their tiny blue door and great deals and service await … and they are fast. If you’re there for laser hair schedule with Dawna Lynn, she has been doing it for a long time and is so willing to make sure you have a good experience.

I have been doing my treatments here since 3 years ago. For some reason I was not getting the best result and my hair started to grow back. So I changed my technician alot to find a person who can find a way to stopp my hair growth. FINALLY I did my treatments with Kaylee and she was the ONLY person willing to investigate the reason of doing alot of treatments but not getting a good result. And in my opinion she is the only person there who really loves her job, and the most responsible person. When first I met her, and I told her that I am tired of spending time and money on more traetments, she told me «I am on a mission with you girl! «. Since then, she tried different things and finally I can say that I am happy with the result. She is so fast and she knows what she is doing. I definitely recommend doing traetments with Kaylee.

Things that are awesome:
— The twins getting laser hair removal as one of their graduation presents from a set of grandparents.
— Working with a staff that is truly kind, answers questions, calms fears and is altogether so sweet and wonderful to work with.
— How peaceful the environment is of the spa, itself; you’d never guess it was dead center 6^th street.
— The fact that the super sweet esthetician that worked on the twins was very calming, super explanatory and said «let me know how this feels and we will go from here» that ended with a «that’s it?! That’s nothing!»
— the lady that came in that (poor dear) can’t handle pain well and, between gulps of tequila, told us of her inability to handle the pain and just not being able to do it sober. (this was hilarious and she was too cute!)
Things that are not so awesome:
— The parking
and that’s it.
So, yes I would recommend Elements Spa, as well as asking them for the «Groupon price», for any of your laser hair removal needs.
Just set your appointment time during a time period where you’ll be able to find close street parking — which will cost you, so bring meter money. :)

Wow… even if laser treatments are slightly painful, I love going to this place.
Everyone working here is super friendly, it has the atmosphere of a spa, and they work FAST! I have NEVER had to wait more than 5 minutes.
Highly recommend this place.

After stumbling upon their Groupon deal, I decided to give Elements Laser Spa a try. There were plenty of glowing online reviews already and I can see why… they did an excellent job on my underarm area. It has been over two years now. With the exception of some fine baby hairs, my armpits is virtually hair-​free. No longer will I have to pick up a razorblade on a daily basis and deal with ingrown hairs.
Not to mention, all of the staff members are extremely friendly, courteous, and well-​trained. The only downside is the lack of parking. That’s why I took the bus instead to arrive at my sessions (six total). Inside the reception area, there’s plenty of seats and a free coffee/​tea machine. You never have to wait long for someone to assist you.
As for the actual laser hair removal, each session only takes a few minutes. The zaps of the laser are only mildly painful, nothing an average person can’t handle. Afterwards you apply some aloe vera and anti-​itch cream to the area. The itchiness, redness, and swelling should go away by itself after a few days.

This is a very professional laser spa. The place is quirky, laid back, very clean, and they house very well maintained lasers. They’re always giving me awesome deals, and their prices are even cheap without them. LHR is the best for thing that’s ever happened to me and I’m happy that I have been taken care of this outstanding facility.

Kaylee always does a great job. I have been to other laser centers in Austin and this one is by far the best. I really like the all-​inclusive pricing and service. At other places in the past I found that there were never any appointments available in the specific time frame that I would need my next treatment. At Elements, they seem to know when and how to schedule future treatments. They are always very efficient. I look forward to more services from Elements.

I have to say this is a very professional, clean and amazing spa! I absolutely loved it! I even had help for my parking magnet (the receptionist went downstairs and placed a magnet on my car so I wouldn’t get a ticket). I was treated extremely well and Kaylee was exceptional! She is very dedicated and caring, plus she knows what she is doing! Thank you and I will be back there!

Very professional and a great staff. I’ve been treated by Jaymee, Cory, and Vanessa and they were all knowledgeable and comforting when working with the lasers.

I love elements laser spa! Caitlin is absolutely awesome; she’s quick, efficient, and get’s me in and out in 15 minutes. I had a bit of a negative reaction to the laser last time as it was my last session and they turn the laser up a bit higher every couple of times, and she could not have handled the situation better. She called and emailed to check up on me, gave me samples of creams to help, and was very apologetic (when it was definitely not her fault). They have the best prices in town, and the service has been very effective!

Donna Lynn is awesome.
This is the first time I have ever visited a laser hair removal place and I have to say I was a little nervous. As I get older hair is growing in places that I do not want it to. So my wife talked me into going to her laser removal professional. In fact my wife just made an appointment for me because she knew I never would.
Donna Lynn is Awesome she explained everything to me answered all my questions was gentle caring and super nice. The location is easy to find, comfortable, clean, professional and well staffed. I wish there was a 10 star rating that I can give! Oh I was also surprised on how affordable it is too! If you are looking for a place I can not recommend Elements enough.

I was really nervous the first time I came in to get laser hair removal, but the badass women at Elements put me right at ease.
Nicole does a fantastic job of managing things, and Caitlin is the best new addition to the staff. Ask for her — she’s quick while still making sure to be thorough, and she somehow manages to make the zapping relatively painless. To top it off, she’s super cool and easy to talk to. I even catch myself looking forward to my appointments!
Unfortunately, the comments about parking are true… it can be a headache. But I find Elements to be worth the inconvenience, especially when you can catch a Groupon.

I’ve had multiple great experiences with laser treatments at this spa. This is the place to go for good results, safe/​clean environment, and friendly staff. Unfortunately there’s no dedicated parking so you must find street parking in downtown.

Went to Michelle years ago for laser hair removal. She explained all the risks in detail, effectiveness, etc. Michelle was exceptionally personable and made me feel comfortable. After the first treatment I noticed less hair that grew back.
Come to find out I run into people around town that say they will only go to Elements for their laser hair removal.
I highly recommend this place!

Thank you groupon for introducing me to this fabulous place! If you are not careful, you would miss their door near 6^th street but once you get in, you will feel so comfortable.
All of the ladies in there are just dolls! Extremely nice, helpful, and great to chat it up with. I see Jaymee and I am in love with her! I use her get hair removed and gossip her little ears off! She is amazing.
Everyone is very professional and the place is extremely clean. The first visit was great and extremely informational. Jaymee was completely honest with results and the experiences each person can have. I’ve had laser removal done before but it has never been as successful as coming here. I am not sure if its the machines they use or strength that they are doing but its working.
Full warning to people, some people take a lot longer to get their hair removed. Its really based on the type of hair, the darkness, the area, and genetics. Some people can do a few sessions and others need a bit more. I’m one of those people who need a bit more but the woman are willing to work with me on what I need. Let me tell you again, it is very professional. If you are going in for more of the private areas or even if you are just embarrassed to go, don’t feel that way! They will take care of you!

Elements is great! Rose is so sweet and never pressures you into more services. The place is very quick and professional. I also like that they don’t accept tips compared to some other places.
The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because they told me originally I would only need a certain number of treatments and now I am going to need at least one more and possibly two or three more! And they are quite pricey… but I know in the very beginning they warn you that they can’t guarantee 100 percent that you will be OK with a certain number of treatments. but they make it seem like it is very unusual to need more than that.
But if you are like me, I was kind of nervous to try it my first time, but the results are great!!! So much better than shaving all the time!

Love Elements! I’ve been going to the downtown location for the past year for hair removal on full legs. I tan easily and have pretty dark olive skin with black hair. After 9 treatments, my hair is either gone or super fine. Although I would love for my legs to be completely hairless, I’ve heard that that is impossible, and you’ll always have a few patches or some fine hairs. Appearance-​wise, you can’t see the hair (unless you are searching for it), but sometimes I still can feel it in certain patches. Overall, I’m quite happy with the treatment.
As for everything else, the place is super cozy and nice. The people there are amazing! Clarissa is my usual technician and she is easy to talk to, which definitely helps when you’re being zapped with a laser. For legs, it doesn’t hurt too much, comparable to a rubberband snap, but certain areas like the ankle and knee hurt more. I also think that the personnel and atmosphere make the Elements price worth it, as it can be a little bit on the higher end, if you compare it to all the other laser hair removal offers.
