I have had weekly sessions with Skyler for almost a year now. I am substantially stronger than when I started. I have more energy and I am more capable of yoga, horseback riding, and lifting my toddlers. I highly recommend!

I just completed an introductory 10 sessions with Andrew at Efficient Exercise. I lost 10.4lbs and many inches(I did not measure before, but my clothes are a tad saggy). I still have a long way to go before I reach my next set of goals. I’m 34 year old, female who feels like I have no time or desire to kill myself off at the gym –I’ve done it and it doesn’t work for me. After 6 weeks training with Andrew and the efficient exercise method, I never want to exercise any other way. I go in for 30 minutes, twice a week. I feel like I’m cheating because 30 minutes is nothing and it feels like 10 minutes –the work out is efficient. Andrew is one of those awesome trainers that can maintain professionalism, keep you motivated and focused, but makes you feel like you are visiting with a friend. I’m stronger and leaner and looking forward to reaching the rest of my goals with Efficient Exercise.

No one could ask for more personalized assistance with their fitness plan than Skyler Tanner gives at Efficient Exercise in Westlake. He not only customizes exercises for me, but he’s creative and develops entirely new ones to suit my goals. I’ve been going for once a week, 30 minutes, and can say I’ve never been stronger in my life. Nearly doing full-extension pull ups now. Not bad for a middle-aged, non-athletic female.

I have been so satisfied with my transformation at Efficient Exercise. I am seeing better results working our twice a week for 20 minutes then I ever saw going to the gym 5 days a week for 1 – 2 hours. The staff is so knowledgable and motivating, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get in shape.
