I don’t know what’s going on with Edible Arrangements but it has gone down the tube!!! Just had my bday arrangement delivered today and the fruit was extremely ripe and rotten!!! And there was MOLD!!! I have never had this experience ever with this company or such bad customer service! Think again about ordering from this company! Don’t order from 5th street location in Austin, TX. Maybe their under different management, not good!

My mother ordered a birthday arrangement to be delivered on a Wednesday. They attempted to drop it off, but I was not home. No big deal, I arranged for a window of time I would be available. I waited an hour and a half and no one showed. She called the company, and they said they delivered it at a time not previously discussed, and had left it with the apartment complex’s office. This turned out to be a blatant lie. Nothing had been delivered. I told her to get her money back. This is after she had a similar problem the previous month, trying to get an arrangement delivered to my brother on his birthday. After having similar issues with waiting and no one showing, it did arrive. The fruit was flavorless. My suggestion is to take your business elsewhere.

My mom sent me a 12 pack of chocolate covered bananas, apples, and strawberries from this location for my birthday. It arrived right when she requested and all of the fruit was insanely fresh and delicious! I ate half of it within ten minutes of opening the package! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience here! I ordered an arrangement online for in-store pickup and arrived 30 minutes early. They got my arrangement together in 5 minutes. The lady who helped us was really nice and we even got a free box of chocolate strawberries because we checked in on Unilocal.Love this place!

I received a beautiful arrangement for my wedding table and the arrangement and fruit was incredible. everyone raved and I sent a picture to my son and daughter-in-law in San Francisco who ordered it for me since they could not be here that everyone was very impressed.

Rating: Terrible! For $ 670 I purchased 2 of the largest arrangements for a gathering of 300 people. To the standard order I added chocolate dipped strawberries, apples and bananas. I am exceptionally disappointed! The fruit was too tightly packed into the arrangements so there was no way to grab a stick of fruit without rubbing your hand against the surrounding fruit. In addition, the sticks had been too deeply embedded into the base. The Result — most guests were forced to grab the fruit from the top, which left their hands coated in fruit or chocolate… so the obvious question is this — if the point of having fruit on sticks is to avoid getting juice and chocolate on your hand, WTF! Other major problems included… — Other than the apples and bananas, the fruit had no flavor. — - The cantaloupe was tasteless and many pieces were bruised. — - The honey dew was likewise tasteless and bruised. — Many of the strawberries were not ripe. Worse yet were the grapes! They had an acrid, bitter flavor. I think the bitterness was from a preservative coating. The result of the combined problems was that the vast majority of the arrangements were not eaten. I don’t know how else to say it, I am exceptionally disappointed! My vision of a tasty buffet centerpiece turned out to be a huge mess.

I bought the yummiest confetti fruit cupcake arrangement for my mom’s office birthday party last week. She said the fruit was so fresh and the chocolate was yummy! For me the great service was a plus, too!

I used the Pressler location despite the bad reviews because it was convenient for pick up, and I truly don’t have a complaint. They must be reading these because the staff was really helpful and friendly with me while I tried to decide on which arrangement to get my mother who is going through a rough time. I am a super indecisive and my mother is really hard to shop for, so the staff helped me pick something out over the phone that she would like(duh, chocolate) and within what I was willing to spend(I’m a lady on a budget). When I picked it up, the fruit looked fresh and delicious and the arrangement was beautiful(I have received one before and mine wasn’t as well done). I’d say give it a try and decide for yourself, but I was pleased with my experience and would order through them again.

I love these guys. I ordered an arrangement with chocolate covered bananas and asked that it get there by 11am. They made it happen. The entire office was raving about the chocolate covered bananas and strawberries. Everyone I talked to was great… the fruit was amazing. Big edible fan :-)

I’ve given and received Edible Arrangements before, but I have to say I was completely underwhelmed and even turned off by my experience with the Pressler location. I set my pickup time for 11:30am after ordering online and received my confirmation. I actually showed up to pick up my gift arrangement at 12pm. It wasn’t ready. So for the next 25 minutes I had to corral my twin 2 year olds from breaking and touching the plethora of ceramic containers and dozens of teddy bears that are in the front lobby of the store. 25 minutes?! They hadn’t even started on my arrangement until I got there. And the place was dirty. How do I know? Because my toddlers were crawling around on the ground. Awesome. Bathroom– also filthy. I did peak into the kitchen area where the arranging was going on, and that did look tidy Thank God. When the girl finally emerged from the kitchen with my arrangement she apologized for the wait. I kept waiting for her to offer me a coupon or something to make up for the extreme inconvenience, but no. She didn’t. And I’d already paid for the arrangement when I made my order online. I’m not saying I’ll never order from Edible Arrangements again, but I’ll never order from the Pressler location again.
