Door to Door Med Spa

I was referred to Dr Legere from a friend who had found her on Groupon. I didn’t purchase the Groupon, but she honored that price. I’ve had botox other places and been pleased. But at this rate, it was worth trying her out. I also went to her with the intentions of doing a Botox party in the future. It’s affordable and you only need 4 people.
Back to my experience, it was great. She is in a little office by herself. She drew on my head and explained different areas and what she recommended vs what I had in the past. No one has ever taken that much time with me explaining everything. She filled her syringes in front of me (beautiful solutions did NOT.) Explained every injection and how much she was putting in. She took photos so she would know for next time as well. Don’t read this wrong, she was thorough, but I was out of there in 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be back!

Dr Legere is awesome! She makes great effort to ensure you are happy with your results. I love my lip enhancement!

I go to the one off 2222 and 620. Dr Claudia Legere is a dream. She’s so down to earth, helpful and approachable. She’s a dream. I’ve been to so many spas over the years and most are good but I like yo feel really comfortable which is how I feel there. Super efficient. I get 20 units of Botox and in in and out in 15 minutes it’s a long drive for me from south Austin but I schedule during easy commute times. I buy the groupon and she even reminded me that I can get brilliant distinction points. I love that place. I need to update this review because dr legere is so wonderful. I missed an appointment because I forgot!!! Seriously! I was so stressed out at work that I forgot. She completely understood and was so gracious and kind. I love this place!

I purchased a Groupon for Door to Door Med Spa and went to the Arise Medical Towers location. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The facility is undergoing some changes but it is so clean and comforting and much like any spa atmosphere.
Dr. Legere also came in to greet me and take me into the back for my procedure. She was so nice, full of information, willing to listening to any and every concern and happy to answer all my questions. She has such a cheery disposition and the staff seem to follow suit. My procedure went effortlessly and seemed to be over within a matter of minutes. I am also ecstatic about my results!
I would highly recommend Door to Door to anyone in need of little beauty boost! They have a full website of treatments and outpatient procedures. They also follow up with a performance survey after the appointment — I am a huge fan of self critiquing and bettering any business! Well done Door to Door, you’ve gained a patient for life!

I definately recommend Dr. Legere. She answers all of your questions, and makes sure you have a thorough understanding of the proceedures to ensure you have a pleasant experience and that you’ll love your results. She doesnt rush, and spends time with each of her patients, making you feel important. I got this deal on a Groupon, but her prices are SO reasonable!!! I will definately continue to see her for all my anti-​aging needs! By the way, I drive appoximately 100 miles to come to the office, and will continue to do so.

I went to the Riverplace location and was impressed from start to finish. Dr Claudia was knowledgeable, friendly and did not try to upsell me in any way. She gave me her personal cell number to call if I had any questions or concerns after I received my Botox and made me feel more than comfortable. In addition to the great service I am very pleased with the results and the price I paid. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I am almost 42 and frequently get told I don’t look my age, and I feel I owe that in large part to Claudia and her careful, natural aesthetic.
I’ve seen Claudia for botox and filler and in both respects she was fantastic. She truly works with you to help you get the service and the result that is right for you, within your budget, and she follows up to make sure you are happy. You can tell she really cares about patient satisfaction on a personal level. Its also really nice because most aesthetic offices you end up dealing with receptionists or office staff which isn’t necessarily bad but it feels more impersonal and rushed; here you end up just working with Dr. Legere. Also, she uses a topical numbing cream which numbs better than anyplace else I’ve ever gone… I usually am nervous about filler but I could hardly feel it here!
Finally, even though she is careful to stay within a budget for you her prices are really great compared to other places I’ve been. Excellent customer service and personal attention… I’ll be going back, probably unfortunately more and more as the years go by :)
