I asked Dee’s back twice to maintain the unit, and each time to put me on a regular maintenance schedule. They never followed through so I went with someone else. A/​C truly needed some work by that point, wish they’d followed through, so we would have stayed cool the last few days. Not as happy as I was.

When my AC stopped working this holiday weekend, Dee’s was recommended to me by a satisfied former customer. Not only did they come BEFORE they said the could get here, they fixed the problem efficiently and expeditiously and at a fair and reasonable price. That really is as good as it gets! I just moved into an older home with 3 AC units. Although my home purchase came with a warranty, I have chosen to call Dee for all of my repairs because not only is he good at what he does, but I trust that he is doing and recommending only the necessary service.
I called the warranty service because one of my units wasn’t cooling the area. The AC repairman sent by American Homeshield took 3 trips to discover that two units had been crosswired. They recommended that I have them rewired at an estimate of $ 1350-​$ 1500. The warranty called and stated that incorrect installation by a previous owner was not covered, but I could still get their repairman to do the work. I chose to call Dee instead upon recommendation from a friend. Dee confirmed the units were crosswired and proceeded to rewire them at a fraction of the quote I had previously received.
In just the short time that I’ve used his services, I can guarantee I won’t be using anyone else for AC work in my future!
