Horrible customer service! I have been wanting to check this place out for months … Finally got the chance to go and was ‘greeted’ by the owner of the establishment. I have a large budget for a complete remodel of new kitchen and bath cabinets and wanted to find out information. I wasn’t sure if they did just doors as well. But as soon as I mentioned doors he was quick to provide his full resume of how many manufactures he worked with and that he ONLY did cabinets. Then said feel free to walk around. Walk around where? The place was small– didn’t know what I was even looking at or for. I simply had to turn around and leave… Thank you so much for making this decision easy and allowing me to cross your company off my list. Word of advice– if you want someone to spend thousands of dollars at your company, you might want to help them along the way… Hire a professional sales person to welcome your customers! Your loss… My gain.

–This guy does his own work
–He works unbelievable hours, was at our house last night at 8 pm to meet with us after Kevin got home from work.
–notice all his work is custom fit… awesome
–real solid wood, you choose what kind you want.
–This guy knows what he is doing and is great at advising people like us. I just stand aside and try not to bother him.
–stain or paint any color, your choice
–All cabinets have wooden backs (notice photo’s– old cabinets look like junk sitting next to Terry’s craftsmanship)
–Bottom cabinets have 2 adjustable sliding shelves
–drawers have gliders on each side (so none of this coming off the tract stuff we are used to with our old drawers)
–Varies types of door fronts available, you dream it — he can make it happen
–He places the coolest hinges on all his cabinet doors, easy to remove doors for cleaning and silent when closing… This is totally awesome.
–Terry has a shop in north Austin on Bratton Lane… It is larger then a Airplane hanger and a football field. Every piece of industrial equipment for cabinet making you can imagine. NO JOKE. — very impressive
–This is a second generation family business and the pride of workmanship with customer satisfaction is the heartbeat.
–When you pay this man you know you are getting more then your monies worth, NO QUESTION ABOUT IT.
— Thankfully Terry is a gentle giant… he handles me beautifully and for you who know me… well lets just say… isn’t easy.
–I know this type of business has got to be hectic but Terry makes us feel like we have a private craftsman who only works for us.
–They do remodels, or just replacement kitchen cabinet doors. It is your decision. Warning everyone… Like us, once you see the quality of workmanship Terry can do-​what you had originally only looks like junk.
–Personal note… Yes, he is has the rugged handsome look going on but he is married to his beautiful wife Joyce — (since I have been asked.) For you baseball fans– he used to play professional ball and if you are lucky he may tell you about it if you ask, Kevin did, see photo below!!!
Although I am without a kitchen for a few days, I am silly with excitement for the results. I will keep you all posted. Very happy with this experience, wish I had done it sooner. We will send more photos later! Yes the granite backsplash will be hiding the old counter lines. It is going to be beautiful… I’m just saying.
