The empty area was put to good use by having food trucks here! I haven’t had the chance to try many of the places but gourdoughs and jefes tacos are two really good place that you should try out! I’m glad that there are finally ghetto tacos walkable from campus now

Alright this is a great concept! Love food trucks and the ones here were truly unique and offered great variety. I’ll definitely come back someday!

YAY FOOD TRAILERS!
I love having all of those options around West Campus for lunches, especially. I am partial to Kebabalicious, I will say, but the BBQ place is excellent as well.
And speaking of others, I hope they get more trucks soon! The options could be huge.
More people should come over and get food there, so that they will get more trailers!

There’s a newish food trailer park in town, next to the University Co-​op. I think it’s only been open a couple of weeks and there are just 4 trailers, but they are some great ones. I’ve always been fond of Kebabalicious, and their presence near The Drag is a very welcome addition that vastly improves the mediocre food scene around here. There’s also The Original New Orleans Po-​Boy & Gumbo Shop (from South Congress), Full House BBQ and Wright Bros. Dairy’s soft serve ice cream.
Hope a few more trailers join the party — there’s plenty of room for more.
