Clark Painting Service

I asked Jacob Clark, owner of Clark Painting Service, to bid painting the interior of my house. He came out as planned and as we walked through the job, I explained to him that I needed the job completed in a specific two-​week period a few months later. I also told him I was getting other bids for the job. He sent me his bid which seemed reasonable.
I When I contacted two weeks later to tell him that I was still waiting on one more bid and appreciated his patience, he said that he already booked that specific time period and would not honor his bid. He never called me to ask about the status of the job or advise me of the scheduling issue. He basically just blew me off without even telling me.
So just be warned. You may get a bid from Clark Painting Service but don’t count on Jacob Clark to honor the bid.
