Always a pleasant experience here, which is so rare these days. My battery died over the weekend– charged it up and brought it in for testing. Had to take out the seat to get to it, tested it and said that it’s holding charge well and recommended sticking with the current battery. Anyone else would have at least sold me a new battery and then made up a million other things I needed. Thanks for being so honest, I’ll be back next time.

I find them to be very professional, courteous, honest and the customer service is amazing. How wonderful to move to the big city and find a high quality automotive repair shop. I have to say they have very great service, I have some problems with my Audi, they fixed everything in the same day. and the price is very reasonable, even they checked all the possible problems that I might need to concern but they didn’t really oversell to have to fix it right away. and there were couple minor problems such as plate lights, some screws missing and noise from my worn out engine mount they checked and make sure the noise is gone and free of charge, what a great service. I have to say they know how to keep their customers. Steve and Jeff are very friendly, managed to solved the problem and not over selling the products. and Brandon brought my car back to my office, very great service. and I have to say, thank you so much for what you have done. if you are in lakeway, leave your car with them, you will be very satisfy with what they can offer.

My Chevy Tahoe started making some crazy sounds so we called Christian Brothers to see how quickly they could get us in. They said we could come in right now! After dropping it off, we got a phone call about 6 hours later with their diagnosis. They had also taken the time to personally call GM and verity that my exact car was still under warranty for this problem. We were then able to contact our Chevy dealer to have it towed there for the warranty repair. I’m sure a less reliable company would have completed the repair without verifying warranty, costing us much more than necessary. Also, the charge for the diagnostics they ran was very reasonable. Great experience, honest people, and I would definitely use again. Glad to have them in the Lakeway area!

I was very happy with the work that was done. All of my repairs were completed in one afternoon. The reception area is clean and the staff are friendly. It seemed like an ethical place with reasonable pricing. I paid a little over half of what the dealership was quoting.
