I was in town for SxSW and felt the capoeira itch, so I dropped in on a Luanda class. People were friendly, the venue was cool, and it was a nice, much-​needed workout after all that BBQ!

What a great group of people. I’m new to capoeira. I took my first class last night. I was a little intimadated at first at the thought of trying capoeira but have always longed to learn it. Capoeira Luanda is perfect for beginners and advanced. The instructors are patient and gave me excellent feedback and positive motivation. I will be back!
