Extremely slow checkout and poor customer service. It felt like we were in that animated movie with the sloths at the DMV.

Big store w/clothing, coats, home décor & more. Great prices too. Our son was visiting & wanted to see about buying a new coat. He found a nice looking warm black jacket for only $ 40.00. Great place to shop for the whole family.

They need to change their name to Burlington Nope Factory. Because they obviously no longer sell coats here. There was actually a larger selection of children’s books than of mens coats. No lie! This place has seriously lost its way. And snacks in the checkout line? Seriously? What do snacks have to do with coats?

I love shopping here. I wish they would build one closer to Plfugerville, TX. I have shopped here for my every need when it comes to coats. They have great deals and bargins. They have a huge selection of clothing from just coats. Staff has always been friendly and attenative. Definitely stop by here if you are looking for great coats that are at great prices.

I have always loved Burlington. I haven’t been to this one before but they have a lot of good clearance items, and the staff is very helpful. Found a great deal on slack for my bf who has a job interview in a few days.

during my mission to find maternity clothes locally, a friend told me that burlington coat factory carried some, so i decided to check it out. of course, today is saturday, about a month before christmas, so i knew it would be pretty busy. i decided to just go for it anyways. so i got there, and it was busy. but the sales people were nice and pointed me in the right direction towards the very back corner of the store. i found the maternity section tucked right in the middle of the baby section. makes sense i guess. i was a little disappointed that there wasn’t more to look at, but i managed to find 4 shirts that i liked, and resolved to come back in a few weeks to see if there was new stuff. the young woman cashier who did my transaction was nice, talkative, and funny. she let me keep two empty shoe boxes that i had picked up along the way(props for saving me a trip to another store to ask for shoe boxes). i was glad to see that the store had a good selection of everything you’d expect, wasn’t a complete mess, and i felt taken care of by the employees. the only thing that i wished was different about my trip there was a fitting room closer to the maternity section :) BUT i did notice that the bathroom was very close by, which is probably more important for pregnant women. i’d be giving 5 stars if there was a better selection of maternity clothes(dresses, please?). but hey, i’ll take what i can get.
