Went here for lunch a few days ago, had an okay experience. Ordered off their lunch menu — they have a promotion running where you can get a snack size of wings(~8 boneless) and a side(fries, wedges, salad, etc) for a little less than $ 8, which isn’t a bad deal. The wait time was about 20 minutes, and the restaurant wasn’t too busy. The food didn’t taste stale, but I’ve had fresher food from b-dubs before. The service wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t stellar either. Overall, I’d come here next time I’m in the area craving some wings. This is a good location right by a few hotels so if you’re in the area looking for a quick bite, it’s a good option. If you’re willing to drive around a bit, Austin has some AWESOME local food you’ll probably enjoy way more.

Just went in and tried to get a seat and because the two girls that were up front were too busy gossiping and guess that my coming in was disrupting their conversation they suggested I sit at the bar where it was supposedly empty and would be served faster. Bar had no seats and in the interest of keeping my cool, I left. I understand the overall score of this place. Pathetic.

Pretty good most of the time. I pop in during the daytime, and the day bartender Greg reminds me of the male version of Daria Morgandorfer. Hes usually pretty quick and efficient. The food here is pretty consistently good. The wireless internet works. Beware of some of the younger girls working the to go counter, they might screw up your order. Cool patio area with tables for smoking. Sometimes the bathrooms are a mess. Parking can be a problem when its busy.

I went to bbw on Halloween. Worst service ever and even management was awful. Did a complaint due to having to pay for food that I couldnt eat and heard nothing back. Do not waste your time or money

I come here a lot. The boneless wings outdo their competitors, and I think that’s a huge compliment, assuming you don’t care about things like nutrition(not the restaurant’s fault). HOWEVER, and this is addressed to this location in particular, the service really sucks. If it wasn’t for the food and the fact that this location was near to my house, I would have stopped coming a long time ago. Today I was seated and sat there for half an hour on the edge of my seat, anxiously looking around, and no one served me. Frustrated, I went and sat at the bar with the sports fans to get good service. Bottom line, if you want good service, sit at the bar. That guy has service to a tee. As for the rest of the staff, I don’t know if they’re under-paid or what, but they’re the epitome of not giving a damn. This is a shame, as there seems to be plenty of servers, and I suspect it’s a management issue.

It was good food — nothing exceptional about it. The service was good and the location is easy to get to. Lots of parking available as well, which is always a plus.

First time here a couple days ago. Loved it! The wings were delicious and perfectly sauced, side salad was fresh, and the margaritas were on point :) Not terribly priced either(about $ 70 for 2 adults and 2 children including 20% tip) Service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress, forgive me for not remembering her name, continued to check on us, refill our drinks, and clear our table in a timely manner. I’ll continue to dine here, and would definitely recommend.

Rolled up and the overweight manager burning a heater at the front door took his time to blow smoke in my face and advise me at 8PM on a saturday they were closed for the night because they were afraid of power outages. People were inside eating and getting drinks poured, hmmm. I went next door and gave applebees my business and their standard 3 star review

As a lover of buffalo wild wings I was very disappointed with the service I received. The waiter was very VERY rude to us, from the beginning until the end of our visit. Up until she was told her shift was over she did not attend us until we called on her, several times. The food was decent, but the service made the experience HORRENDOUS.

Always a nice and cool neighborhood respite from the Texas heat. Cold beverages, lots of televisions for the games and competent bartenders that’ll do you right. Greg and Sam(bartenders) have been here for a while and are efficient at taking your drink/food order and getting them to you quickly. Food is typical chain restaurant fare but I think most folks come for the sports and drinks and in that capacity there isn’t much to dislike about this venue.

Spectacularly disappointing. We arrived before lunch rush. Poorly greeted, took an hour to get lunch due to waitress forgetting to put our order in and did not acknowledge mistake. Had to get manager involved who located the problem but never returned to our table to apologize or offer compensation for our loss of time. Wings were good but hard to enjoy when you are already angry. Burger and fries subpar at best. Lots of televisions for viewing various games.

For a national chain this one is pretty good. It has been taken back from the franchisee and the standards are back on tract. A fresh coat of paint has been done and the wings are consistent. Now with the cameras being installed the parking is safe. All that being said they have a really great bartender named Samantha that will take care of you promptly.

How are there multiple of these open in Austin? Are there that many people willing to pay these prices for total garbage? I guess I should’ve known when there for 4 people there during lunch, but we were in a rush and didn’t have time to go elsewhere. The lunch salad is served with a side so you would guess if you got a hot side they wouldn’t put it in the basket butted up next to your cold salad right? Wrong! Good thing the fries that came with my salad were cold. They offer unsweetened iced tea, but no caddies with sugar alternatives — just sugar. Wouldn’t I just get the sweetened tea if I wanted sugar in it? It doesn’t matter because their water, and the tea subsequently made with that water, taste gross anyway. Definitely straight out of the tap #nofilter. So much for looking at healthy alternatives to drink with lunch. At least their Dr Pepper was tasty! I suggest you go to Applebee’s next door and order their wings, sandwiches, or salads instead of this horrendous place. Yes, I am RECOMMENDING Applebee’s. Desperate times folks… May the odds be forever in your favor…

I see a lot of cruddy reviews for this place, and I never really understood why. I’ve been here a handful of times, and each time I go, the wait staff is always super nice, food comes out super fast, hot, and tasty. I can always trust that Buffalo Wild Wings is going to taste pretty much the same wherever I go, which totally gives me that«I’m at home» feeling. If you’ve never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings, the food is decent. By the time you get your wings and stuff, you’ll probably already be a beer deep, which inevitably makes food taste just a bit better. It’s nothing to rave about, but it’s consistent, and if you get something you like, it’s good. I’m not super big on spicy stuff(medium salsa type of person), but the sauces I enjoy are(from least spicy to spiciest): Garlic Parmesan, Spicy Garlic, Jammin’ Jalapeño, and Asian Zing. The fried pickles are pretty darn good, same with the mini corn dogs. Their honey mustard is good, but I can’t imagine myself liking wings smothered in it. Heads up, their pretzels are decent, but super thick dough. These will get you full and they’re pretty salty. The kinda leave me feeling gross. Also, the waitresses at this location — amazing! All of the gals that have served us have been SO funny, sweet, and helpful. This is definitely what keeps us coming back to this particular location. Just a pro tip: don’t set your standards high, don’t sweat the small stuff, and grab a drink off their everyday drink/happy hour specials. Lil’ whiskey always makes ya feel better.

I love it when a business recovers from a train wreck. 2 weeks ago I struggled to come up with a single star for this restaurant. I had a detailed conversation with Michelle and gave her a second chance with her choice of menu items. Chicken wrap with garlic Parmesan wing sauce potato wedges with cheese. Excellent value well prepared and delivered quickly. I travel 2 – 3 weeks of every month to Austin and stay at a nearby hotel. I will come back on late arrival nights. This win belongs to Michelle. Thank you.

Food is pretty standard fried stuff. Service is lackluster and very inexperienced. During my lunch visit, they were out of tea, the quick lunch menu was slow, and our waitress was MIA/AWOL enough that my business associate and I thought a search and rescue mission was next. Definitely not worth it, especially for a very average meal.

This BWW is consistent with other BWW’s that I have been to. However, on a Thursday night(.60 wing night) it was SUPER empty. At least compared to where I’m from(Bay Area Blvd is my usual BWW in Houston). The service was super fast and the staff was friendly.

This is my first visit to a Buffalo Wild Wings, so I was a little unsure of what to expect. As we entered, a female was at the counter on the phone. We stood around for a few minutes confused at how seating worked. Do we seat ourselves or nah? That employee finally spoke and told us rather bluntly she would help us in a minute. No eye contact– very mechanical. Okay, maybe she was busy taking an order, but it would have been nice had she of greeted us on our way in. Gonna let that pass. Maybe it’s me reading into it a little too much. Moving. Right. Along. We came in at shift change and the sever in the section we wanted made it quite apparent that they didn’t want to get sat. Maybe he fell sick or had worked a hard day. I get it, people want to go home and not a lot of restaurants want to hire swing shifts. I have worked many years in the service industry and I know firsthand that employees of a restaurant project the same amount of ethic the management does. This restaurant is suffering! This location loses stars for the lack of cleanliness in the restaurant. Everything in this place was dirty. That in itself made me question the looks of the kitchen because that’s where the food is. The menus, chairs, buckets, tables, underneath the table, bathroom door and handle, the bathroom stalls,. almost everything I came in contact with was sticky or dirty. The bucket on our table had menus in it, which the bucket had a layer of smegma at the bottom that I just couldn’t sit right with. There was a paper napkin on the floor in the resturant that had a large matted up piece of hair in it(bleh!). On my way out I noticed a bucket on the patio that had cigarette butts, water? and other random trash in it.(bleh!). It was the same bucket they put on the table for the menus(double bleh!). Seeing the bucket on the way out confirmed my gut feelings about eating here. «I’ve made a huge mistake.» — Gob You would think at shift change everyone would have cleaned their stations before going home, sooooo… — 2 stars. The wings here, well, I didn’t eat many of them out of safety concerns. Carrots, celery, and dressing,… we had to ask for those items. The dressing for our 40+ wings was a few plastic ramekins ¾ filled with condiment. I feel neglected noticing how I had to beg for the things NEEDED for wing enjoyment. The«Caesar salad» was just a house salad with a plastic ramekin of packaged dressing. No romaine. It’s an iceberg house salad and it comes with carrots and tomatoes! Just ask for a house salad with Caesar dressing because it’s two dollars less than the Caesar and the same damned salad. –1 star There are zero wet naps provided for the table, at least not at ours on this visit. Maybe that money can’t be spent at this location? Maybe that is why everything has a dirt/glaze/smegma feels? I can’t really let it pass they don’t have more napkins at a table here. This location feels like it’s cutting corners with the things necessary for a proper night of eating wings. — 1 star After packing some wings up for our group and asking for our check, the sever took said to-go box when bussing and it was never to be seen again. Not taking a star for this because probably better they were taken away and trashed. Great beer deals, but I question their keg temperatures and cleanliness of their lines. Order a bottle if you are unsure like I was. There are great deals on them as well. +1 star Good news in all this, they are hiring! It would be great if they can turn this around for anyone else thinking of trying this place out. However, after spending $ 140 at this location and not getting a positive note out of it, I will have to make this my first and final visit.

First… my waiter took good care of me and is the only reason it got two stars. The beer I had was good as well. The food… not up to pay with other BW3’s. At $ 20 for ten wings, fries, and a beer I expect the food to be good. The wings were over cooked and over doused in sauce to try and hide the fact. The fries were okay but not worth the price… they should be I closed with the overpriced wings. Won’t be back.
