Broadmoor Apartments

I love these apartments, so quite, so peaceful, all the residents are friendly. Signed a lease for the second time. The office workers are nice and also friendly. I rate these apartments a 5 star!

Please for the love of who ever you believe in, DO NOT SIGN lease agreements here. Been here for one year and everything is terrible. From simple parking to rude, adolescent, immature, shit can of a staff.
Myself and my girlfriend have lived here for one year. Good tenants. Paid bills on time, never complained about the extreme drug using tenants, or even people scaling the buildings trying to get into apartments. Extremely small rundown shack of apartments. Patio/​Balcony is beautiful but yet have to worry about someone jumping up and stealing anything you put outside.
Coming up on the end of our lease, we decided finally to tell them about our issue with the bathtub. Separating tile, sticky paint coming off on our skins. (IN THE BATHTUB) All of a sudden when we ask for one thing, it turns into the biggest ankle breaking swag juking problem for the office. Hiring contractors could possibly be illegal immagrants, or convicted felons who only speak spanish may go through your stuff. But thats besides the point.
It has taken a whole month to get our tub re-​tiled. On upon bring this up a total of 6 times to the office, LEO and DAVID want to argue and tell you that (you the resident) are wrong. Even so our tub was still done incorrectly. A small corner of the tub had been re-​tiled. We still had separating and paint that sticks to your skin. 4^th time is a charm right? WRONG!!!
They only painted over our tub instead of re tiling. According to leo, a sign lease agreement of resurfacing, means sanding the tub and throwing acrylic paint over it. Upon going to the office I was scrutinized and got told I was wrong when telling him I wanted my tub re-​tiled. Leo told me «No when we spoke you said you wanted it re painted» OK. So do part of my tub right way and the rest of it the wrong way. But then later say that acrylic paint is resurfacing.
That’s the only thing we wanted done to the apartment EVER. Also being told that they need copies of information that was given at the beginning of the lease agreement? The A/​c works only half the time. Want it colder? That will cost you an extra 100 for electricity because of the window unit they have put in.
Sketchy and way to immature among disrespectful, unprofessional, non cooperating group of people/​apartment complex I’ve ever had. Im not sure where they got their education or even people skills, but LEO and DAVID should be serving food in a correctional penitentiary.
Very displeasing as the the location is directly across from ACC (Northridge).
